Feedback is something I was certainly having difficulty with. And yes I'd agree its quite slow, especially at the beginning. Thank you for playing and for your input!
Thank you for playing! I'm glad you liked the idea of using sliders! The character design, mechanics, and the graphics in general are still so far from what I had in mind, so there's a lot I could work on after the jam.
missing is a weird thing and I'm happy someone liked it!
This was alright. The WASD look controls made a simple idea very difficult. I was a bit frustrated with the choppiness, and the lasers at the end didn't have much of a good indication that you were supposed to stand in the middle.
This is my first game jam, and I didn't get to add everything I wanted, haha. It starts pretty slowly, and there isn't a whole lot of immediate feedback from your actions.
This is neat. I managed to beat the AI despite the lag. The game made sense to me from your description, and after a bit of fiddling with the unpolished controls I started getting it. Its a bit dark and kinda hard to see, but I like the style!
Interesting concept, the sounds are pretty good and the visuals are nice. I did manage to finish the game but about 4 of my 5 attempts crashed after destroying half the drones. The player ship is really detailed and I really like the distorting shader on the hover-orbs.
This took a while to complete. I'm impressed with how long the levels are. I felt there was a story here that didn't get conveyed super well, but that happens with jam games. The gameplay mechanics didn't feel incredibly interesting, but that's ok! Overall, a good game!
Thank you for playing! Yeah replayability is very low, haha. There aren't enough systems like you said. I had the idea for a selection mechanic to focus the action a bit, but I didn't have the time to implement it.
