Hi again! Sure, just write to our general email:

info@email.arcweave.com

… and we’ll take care of it! Thanks!

(Sorry for the delayed response!)

Hi Evelyne,

Just letting you know that we’ve included Comedia in our Showcase page, but we could use some up-to-date info. Could you please let us know if you’d like to provide a new “Message from the Author?” Also, we will certainly update your first name.

Best,
Giannis from Arcweave

Good luck! Should you have any runtime questions, hit us on our Discord server! 😃

Hi there,

I hope you are well!

Just a quick poke about our upcoming Arcjam 2023 on May 12–15—we would love to have you back, if you feel like it!

Arcweave has gained new features since the last one (audio, element visits checks, code in connection labels, visible components in play mode, to name a few), so things are much more flexible. Plus, the free account limit is now twice as much: 200 items. 🙂

We hope we see you there!

Best,

Hey all,

We are thrilled to organise our 2nd jam and would like to welcome you all to Arcjam 2023!

This is a getting-to-know-ya thread, so feel free to introduce yourselves and your teams!

Let’s have a creative and fruitful jam, everyone!

Best,
Giannis from Arcweave

Thanks, I’ll wait then! Sounds good.

Hello,

We are hosting Arcjam2023 this May and, although public and not unlisted, it doesn’t show on the jam pages nor the calendar. Have I forgotten to tick some box somewhere or is it a bug?

Thanks.

Congratulations for all the aces!!! Wonderful game!

Dear participants,

This is the last week for judging the jam’s games! If you haven’t already done so, I will urge you to go and vote some. (Ideally all of them—they’re only 14 games, excluding yours). The more ratings they get, the more objective the results will be. And we want that, don’t we?

So, come and show some support for your fellow adversaries! Plus, there are some really good stories in there—you don’t want to miss them, do you?

Best,
Giannis from Arcweave

Dear participants,

Just to make sure the prize-claiming process doesn’t get delayed, we added the following clause to the jam’s regulations:

After the announcement of the winners, each of them must contact the organisers to claim a prize from the pool. If a winner doesn’t respond within 3 days from the jam’s results, the prize will be transferred to the next highest-rated game. Please note that this only transfers the prize and not the winning position itself; in other words, even if a winner fails to claim a prize, their game is still listed as one of the winning ones.

You will find the addition under the “After the Jam” > “Prizes” section.

Good luck!

Hey all!

We will celebrate the jam’s closing with a live stream event on YouTube. In it, we will briefly present all the games, give our personal opinion on them, and announce the winners in real time.

Τo do this, we figured it’d be best if we moved the closing date by one day, so it be Sunday 5 Dec, instead of a Monday. Yep, this leaves you with minus-a-day for the rating, but the time is still more than enough. Plus, this shift will certainly allow more people to join the celebration, by watching the event in real time and adding to the buzz.

So, let’s save the date for this, shall we?

Sunday 5 Dec 2021, at

  • 11:30 Los Angeles Time
  • 14:30 New York Time
  • 19:30 Greenwich time
  • 20:30 Paris time
  • 21:30 Athens time

Thank you all for your support!

Best,
Giannis from Arcweave

PS: Subscribe to our YouTube channel and turn on notifications, to receive updates in regard to the event. And of course join our Discord server and take part in all the Arcweave-related discussions.

The jam is now open and the theme to incorporate in your game is:

AFTERLIFE

⭐⭐ Good luck! ⭐⭐

Hey all! We got a few more participations than we expected, so we decided to throw in an additional Pro subscription, with the prize pool almost reaching $400! 🏅🥳🏅

Almost 30 hours left! Can’t wait to see what you’ll create!!!

We are organising our first jam—ArcJam2021, for games created and published on Arcweave—and would like to make both submitters and game contributors able to vote.

The question is how are contributors defined and in what field? Do they have to have their own itch account?
