Thank you so much for your detailed and thoughtful feedback! 😊 I’m thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the open book views and the level of detail – working within such a small canvas of 50x33 pixels was definitely a challenge, but also a lot of fun to create all these variations.
Your point about the color palette is really interesting, and I completely agree – for a darker setting like a Diablo-style RPG, a more subdued color scheme would fit much better. I love the idea of offering an additional version with more muted, darker tones, and it’s definitely something I’ll consider for the future. It would be an exciting way to make the asset set even more versatile.
Thanks again for your fantastic feedback and support! I’m looking forward to sharing my future projects and hope they’ll resonate with you just as much. 😊
Arijkx.
Hello fellow Game Developers and Pixel Art Enthusiasts!
I'm planning to create a new free series of pixel art assets and would love to hear what you need the most. Whether you're working on your next big game or just looking to expand your pixel art collection, your opinion matters!
1. What type of pixel art assets do you need the most?
- Swords
- Runes
- Tilesets
- Character sprites
- Items/Objects
- Environments
- Others (please specify)
2. What resolution do you prefer for your projects?
- 8x8 pixels: Perfect for minimalist games, icons, or simple objects. Quick to animate but limited in detail.
- 16x16 pixels: Ideal for character sprites, tilesets, and smaller objects. Good balance between detail and simplicity.
- 32x32 pixels: Provides more room for details and complex animations. Suitable for more detailed characters and objects.
- 64x64 pixels and higher: For highly detailed characters, large objects, and background graphics. Lots of room for details but requires more effort to create.
- 128x128 pixels and higher: For extremely detailed characters, intricate objects, and expansive background graphics. Allows for very high detail but requires significant effort to create.
3. Do you have any specific wishes or suggestions?
I'm really excited to hear your ideas and look forward to creating assets that help with your projects. Let's create some amazing pixel art together!
Thank you so much for your support and feedback!
Best regards, Arijkx
