This reminds me of flash games from my childhood. I would easily play this game for like 20+ levels

Got 2456. Great game!

I'm Commander Shepard and this is my favorite game in GMTK 2024

I'm glad you enjoyed it! I definitely struggled to make any puzzles at all. Originally I wanted to make like 20 levels, and do more with "aberrations" (like what if the red portion of a box switched with a skull sprite for a moment? Spooky). But in the end I only managed to come up with like 6 levels. But that is gamedev. You never know how well an idea will pan out before you try it. Thank you for playing!

Thank you!

Lmao I did not expect the ball to suddenly develop a mind of its own. Nice take!

Interesting game! I didn't realize I had to keep track of who's who until later. Nicely done!

Lol Love the beatboxing in the background. I wish it was less button mashy and more qwop style, like how the assembler works where you need to think about how to press. Great idea nonetheless!

Finally I can live out my deepest darkest fantasy...

Really nice idea! It is interesting how much of a puzzle game UNO becomes with this simple change. I wish for 4+ cards I could select multiple cards at the same time. Nice game nevertheless!

PS: After you click to select a card, do NOT click any card again before the animation is over. It will break the game!

me: didn't use the timer block in the door puzzle with it.
def: "that was a great use of the timer!"

lmao

but also the key puzzle next to it got stuck because i didn't manage to solve it and the E letter is just chilling above Y, not letting me reset :(

Nice game nevertheless! Well done.

Hi Lenda,

Any plans of releasing the Unity version of the algorithm? I would love to have some animation and random generation happening in game for my Unity game, but I don't know enough about shaders and Godot to port it :(

Glad you liked most of it :) The switches went through a bunch of iterations to make it easier, but I guess there is still more work to make it more enjoyable! Thanks for the comment.
