Thank you!

Yup, all good. It was well explained in the game. I just got confused because others in the comments were talking about the mini game and it was shown in the screenshots of the game but I couldn't find it in the actual build. I thought I was going crazy haha

Loved the game and will be following up on it in the future!

Cheers!

Thank you for the kind words! :)

I feel like I got an older build with the download because there was no minigame implemented. I really like the art design and models though! Unfortunately due to interface issues i wasn't able to experience all of the curscenes, but I liked what I saw!

Got to try it out on windows, fun game! The progression is well implemented and I liked that I can walk around the city.

Great game! I only wish the was a numerical value on the bars so I know if the card I'm about to use would deplete it completely.

5 stars across the board from me. Simple but engaging game rules paired with the gorgeous art make this my favourite entry so far!

Great entry, I wish there were more scenarios to find!

Still can't access :(

Really enjoyed the music and art, good job!

Cool idea and good start for only 2 days of work! Looking forward to the rest of the game if you ever get to it!

Great writing and I was impressed how smoothly the options flowed into dialogue! The art is also cute :)

I love the character art! But as was said, the buttons are small and also the "serve" button is as far away from the colored potions as possible for some reason hahaha. A lot of time is used just moving the mouse back. Would be great to have some basic sounds like filling a drink and maybe some bar music!

Unfortunately it was not playable for me in firefox browser :( mouse did not wrap around screen so couldn't look around, and when i clicked on "go to desktop" the screen just went black. Hopefully it'll get sorted out so i can try it again!

Hi, thanks for playing it!

You're totally right about the RNG-ness of it. It was made for a 9 day game jam and we didn't have the mechanics solidified until half-way through. There was no time to balance the game unfortunately.

Great ideas! At the moment I want to take a break from it, but if I ever come back, I definitely want to introduce decks and remove the randomness as much as possible, as well as add cards with actions other than simple number increase/decrease.

Thank you again for taking the time to play and comment!

Thank you!

Very cohesive package. The art, music and writing all work really well together! Enjoyed this one very much

While the forced camera perspective is very on point for this jam, I found it somewhat limited the gameplay enjoyment. Other than that I liked the idea and execution. Very nice modeling work!

I love the hand painted animations! Must've been a lot of work, well done!

It's very cozy indeed! Love the art and the game is very solid for 9 days of work, but I couldn't find anything nsfw about the game other than the initial flash. Maybe I didn't figure out how to progress the story far enough

Cute little short story! It'd be great to have some indication of who's speaking as I got lost a few times, but overall quite a nice game!

What a fun little game! Really enjoyed playing it!

Hey, I really like your art! Are you still looking for a game jam partner? I'm looking to do a game jam in Godot too.

Thank you for trying it out and your feedback!

I finally gave your game a try. It's pretty cool! I got to level 9, then it wouldn't let me proceed even though i distributed the elements according to the rules.

I think it'd be great if there was some sort of feedback to the player when something is wrong. Other than that, it's very good :) maybe make it a little bigger ^^

Thank you again! I haven't thought about the progress regressing over time, it could be the potential fix. But as you said, this is just a 2 day jam game which I'm not really willing to put more time into. Not right now at least.

And yeah, I was planning to take part in the Godot Wild Jam, but I was traveling until now and don't think I have the mental energy for it! Similarly next month I'm also traveling during the jam period... but I plan to participate in the one after that in November :) and you?

Thanks for giving it a try, I appreciate it!

Yeah I know it's very far from perfect, there is not a lot of player agency like you said. Unfortunately I couldn't figure out how to improve on that. I tried not resetting the drawing bar, but that made the game too easy...

Thank you for taking the time to write some feedback :)

Great little game! My only critique is to maybe not use Ctrl and Shift in a web game. At some point I must've activated some browser shortcut because the tab got bookmarked and closed! Other than that I really enjoyed hunting for apples ^_^

I love geckos so I found this game pretty adorable! By the way, the Linux zip has windows binary in it :)

I enjoyed playing this little game!

For more text-only tutorials, KidsCanCode has a lot of "how to do X in Godot", they're short and to the point: https://kidscancode.org/godot_recipes/

Nice little game, I enjoyed watching the carnage after each failed attempt! It was a little frustrating though until I figured out I can mash the spacebar to make granny go faster :) Kudos for the checkpoints as well!

Nice music :P
