running into the dudes kills them while damaging you. It's kinda a suicide attack by them.
But I never explained that mechaic and I totally see that this is very hard to understand and would need some more visual cues to be understandable.

I dig the sfx and atmosphere. But I'm not sure if there is a bug or if its the intended ending: I run up to the green light and then the game closes (not sure if crashing or if that is the actual end)

thanks for testing. I agree with the things you mention.
I just realized its lagging when I uploaded for the jam and didnt have time to fix. Because its my first ever game jam I felt like I should still just submit to get some experience with it.

Loading screen is a good idea :) 

Enjoyable game. And I like the minimalistic art style.
 I would have played more levels of it :) 

If you ever add more levels probably some obstacles that you are not allowed to hit would be nice (e.g. spikes that punish you for just randomly trying).

game lags quite heavily on start (should be ok after about 10 seconds)

fun idea. Throwing the patients was fun. I had difficulty controlling the carrier wagon though. Maybe it should be slowing down (more) when you dont push it?
I tested the web version and it didnt crash for me.
