I had to use a different computer but I managed to get it working. It was a fun little game that I really enjoyed playing. It would be nice if holding down two directions keys at the same time caused diagonal movement instead of being locked into left right up and down. Your choice of art and music were great. The difficulty ramp was a bit extreme but I felt like that was probably intentional. I did not see that fires actually effected my cold bar and you really don't have time to sit around the fire and wait anyhow. Perhaps if you could stand by a fire and not get attacked by the snow balls but your level timer stopped counting that would make fires feel more useful. I would have liked to have some sort of goal other then just run away. Maybe levels could end based on some triggers like collecting objects or reaching a destination. Something like that could give the game a little more depth. You could also play around with having things scattered around the map that effect the snowballs in different ways like maybe slowing them down or throwing them in a random direction or what ever you might dream up. These could serve to give the player more to do while they are trying to get to the end of the level.

thanks. I initially had negative values on some things but when the cards were scaled down for the phone sometimes the minutes sign would disappear  so I opted to make the weather cards a little stronger and took away all the negative values.

I just tried again and it downloaded this time with no issues.

This was pretty fun and it has a nice look. the light blue snowballs are really close to the sky color so they sneak up and the game did not properly reset when you start a new game so I had to exit the program and restart it to play a second game.

It believe it is windows AV or chrome blocking the download. As soon as the download completes it gets greyed out and a red line goes through the name and says something about virus detected. Then the file gets deleted.

That was fun. It was an infesting approach the the theme. I kept getting stuck on things I couldn't see behind the mountain which felt a  little unfair. It would be good to have the control scheme listed somewhere in the game.

That was a neat experience.

this is a neat idea. I found the controls to be a little difficult but I'm not really good at this type of game either so it may just be me.

I loved this game. The ambiance was lovely. I did have issues with the double and triple jump not always working.

That was fun.

I liked the idea and the atmosphere is nice but I had trouble with the controls. they were a bit touchy. It was also unclear what to do with the packages so they would count as collected.

Did not run.

I'm going live now. I'll mess around a bit with some old projects to give folks time to get there and then I'll start streaming games around 9:30 eastern time

Hey, I'm going to stream playing everyone's games over on twitch after I feed the kids breakfast. I thought it might be nice to have a thread where people can post when they are getting ready to go live if anyone else is doing the same thing. I know I like to be able to see how other people react to my game when I'm not there to hold their hand. I hope to see some of you on stream. I'll post a comment here about 10 - 15 minutes before I go live. Feel free to put a comment down below if your going to be live streaming the games from the jam.

Windows keeps blocking the download because it thinks the zip file contains a virus.
