hell yea for the Tech Rig getting a bit of a buff. i love it conceptually, the idea of being covered in doodads is a lot of fun and the lockpick buff is great, but the higher visibility made it hard to keep using it with other armor available. this will make mixing and matching headgear more interesting, too. great stuff

WE HAVE DONE IT

after a lot of attempts, we completed every available quest on Permadeath, specifically as artificer. we fuckin love Project Silverfish so much, the dungeon-crawling is great, the variety of items and gear makes exploring and trading and etc etc really interesting, it's cool how there's not a whole lot of just linear "this is better" and "this is worse" for stuff so there's tons of flexibility, the bones of im-sim interactive mechanics are really promising for what they might grow into, the world is fascinating, the fallout-esque sci-fi-cold-war vibe to the ruins is great, god just. it's already really, really good. we've never racked up almost three dozen hours in what is technically ostensibly a demo so enthusiastically before lol

alright yeah this is absolutely astounding. spectacular stuff so far

been unbelievably stoked for this. excited to dig into the demo soon

thank you!

it's released under an attribution non-commerical share-alike license, so it may not be used for anything monetized, but if you want to use it for something free, you still have to credit me. this isn't really intended as a game development resource, it's just an album i made for fun

thank you! i appreciate that a lot

gotcha, makes sense!

when you say that custom character jigglebones have collision, does this mean that they can damage buildings and stuff? like, if a character had, say, a jigglebone-rigged tail, and they turned around and the tail swung into a building, would it damage or even knock down that building?

so glad you liked it :)

after the big charity bundle for palesitinian aid in 2021, now that the violence has escalated to such a horrifying degree, does anyone know if theres plans for another fundraiser bundle like that for those in palestine? whether its an official one, or just one somebody on here is running, itd be nice to contribute some stuff to it, or even help organizing one.

thank you!

Thank you so much!!

Pin, or badge, or pinbadge

thank you :)

You're tired, and just want to go back to sleep. Awoken in the middle of the night, something's changed.
You're somewhere else. Somewhere unfamiliar.
Can you find your way through this strange and hostile city so you can get back to bed?

Get Back to Bed is an atmospheric and surreal horror interactive fiction game, although the horror is intended to be fairly light, with content warnings present in-game for the sake of player safety. This is the biggest thing we've created in terms of word count, and after the two weeks of daily work on this, I hope you enjoy it!

Nice, this is looking great! Though, I hope we get to see more QoL improvements or polish on things like the balance of existing content, animation jank, wonky model scaling, stuff like that. I'm definitely hyped for new shit, don't get me wrong, but it would be nice if the existing stuff got a bit more love, too

EDIT: Yeah plurality's really weird, lots of stuff has happened and we've given up on trying to retroactively identify who wrote this as our system unfolds and clarifies and untangles and all that. We will no longer be bothering to update the credits in this. Thanks!

Holy shit its mae........

Awesome, thanks!

I've been playing the absolute shit outta this game for a while now, it's really good. Though I will say that I have some accessibility concerns, a lot of high-RoF weapons that aren't automatic require a lot of buttonmashing (or rapid clicking, in my case) and that's really rough for anyone either currently suffering from hand and wrist problems, or just people trying to avoid them. Also some of them get really finicky, too, like the dual knife melee weapons where I seem to be enormously hard-pressed to actually make it to the end of the combo. Other than that, this game owns and I like it a lot
