MOUSE 0 & MOUSE 1 - PRIMARY WEAPON & SECONDARY WEAPON
HOW TO PLAY:

USE YOUR PRIMARY TO SLASH ENEMIES IN CLOSE COMBAT,
USE YOUR SECONDARY TO FIRE YOUR BLADE PROJECTILE.
IF YOU HIT A TARGET'S BULLET, IT WILL THROW THE BULLET BACK AT THEM.
DESTROY THE BOSS.
Hey, your points are pretty valid - and I do know that there needs to be audio. Although I believe I saw in your video that you didn't know the exact controls, I'm sorry that I couldn't tell you them in the actual game - but I tried to just put them here & hope that it's okay. You can use SHIFT to run, & MOUSE 1 to summon a blade projectile. Also if you hit a bullet, with either your blade or the projectile - it will throw the bullet into the direction of your blade.
I liked the idea behind the game, although, like others said, it seems a little lacking - I'm sure next time you'll be able to do a lot more! I think some things you could try doing for next time is to make more detailed artwork, maybe a spacey background that fits with the whole meteor thing, possibly some items - maybe powerups, maybe some different meteor types (i.e., comets or asteroids), maybe you could have some of these come with aliens that try to attack you on their way down. I'm sure there's many things you could think about, if you want you could make a list. Otherwise, nice job for your first itch game.
I've been trying to rate a lot of games, so if you could rate and give some feedback that would be greatly appreciated!
Nice game! I got 82531! I think you did a good job on this! All that I can recommend is to maybe make the player faster / give the option to move faster with shift, and also maybe make the bombs that are about to explode flash faster - as sometimes I didn't realize it was going to explode because of that. Other than that, good job! I'm trying to rate a lot of games, so if you could rate mine that would be greatly appreciated!
I liked the level design a lot! Although I do believe that you should try setting a limit for how long you can use the slowdown mechanic, then let the player use it after waiting a second or two. As it seems you can easily abuse this mechanic. I also think that the player should have a little more health. Other than that, good job! I'm trying to rate a lot of games, so if you could rate mine that would be greatly appreciated!
Yeah, thanks for playing! I really agree that it needs audio; I actually got an electric guitar recently, so if I manage to learn that relatively fast, I can use that for some audio. And yeah it's too hard lol, I'm making an easy mode that I'll release with WebGL support after the jam. I believe the main problem was that I made the bullets do two extra damage, and couldn't actually tell that it was too much because I was just speed running. Nonetheless, thanks for the feedback! I'm glad you liked the movement too :).
Nice job! I like the ideas behind it! You should continue working on games. All that I can recommend is maybe a 'quick mode' where everything is a little faster, just for people who want don't have much time! Other than that, good job. I'm trying to rate a lot of games, so if you could rate mine that would be greatly appreciated.
Nice job, but there are a few things that can be added. I believe that the railings should make you crash & die when you hit them, because this is more immersive & it also gets rid of the option for the player to wait out the other cars. I also believe that there should be some more levels when you get to it. Other than that, good job! I'm trying to rate a lot of games, so if you could rate mine that would be greatly appreciated.
Nice job! You should make more! All that I can recommend is more enemies, maybe more bosses / a mini-boss? Other than that - good job. I really liked how you could upgrade your stats, and I also liked having a more challenging 'glass mode'. I'm trying to rate a lot of the games, so if you could rate mine that's greatly appreciated!
I like the mechanics on how the game works - like how if you go off one side, you come back from the other. The movement also made it more chaotic!
Besides that, I believe that some more enemy types would be fun, maybe a boss/mini-boss? Maybe also cap the fire rate at something (if you didn't), because it seems I can fire at 14 clicks per second, which may be a bit overpowered. I'm trying to rate a lot of games, so if you could rate mine that would be greatly appreciated!
I really liked how shooting the bullets felt like it matched the tempo of the song, I think that the audio was the best part of your game! You did a really good job, you should make more!
Besides that I recommend having more enemy types, and maybe more possible attacks for the player (maybe something that will push bullets away?) - although you used your time fairly well! I'm trying to rate a lot of games, so if you could rate mine that would be greatly appreciated.
Nice job, it had good graphics and I liked the gameplay quite a bit! Although it took a long time to load, WebGL does this a lot and it's a big pain, I recommend looking up the fix for it - because it will do this a lot. Other than that, good job! I'm trying to rate a lot of games, so if you could rate mine that would be greatly appreciated!
Nice job! The graphics are pretty nice, and I really like the panicked idea - it adds a whole other effect onto the game. You seemed to have used your time very well!
All that I can recommend to do after the jam, is to create more potion effects, it seems that all they do currently is change the enemies size. You could also add more enemy types, with different moves for them. Maybe more attacks the player can do to? Other than that, great job!
I'm trying to rate most games, so if you could rate mine that would be greatly appreciated!
