Dude, this game is so good I love your concept! The control scheme worked really well, loved the graphics. Loved that you  had to sign a paper every time you kill an enemy ahahaha. It feels polished!  Excellent job, this was really fun! Enjoyed beating the game, congrats!!

I’m glad you enjoyed!

This is pretty chaotic. I need to kill the enemy but also sign and submit all these papers. What an interesting idea! Great job!

Good graphics. Sometimes controls lags in web version

It was fun to play! Nice game

The laggy on the website is a bit annoying really wanted to fully play it until the end but its just to hard to do with the lag, really enjoyed the mechanic of the sing and kill.
the only problem that I got was that the next level card just went off the screen and I couldn't proceed to the next level :(

Developer

Yeah I have a windows build but I somehow I deleted it in last hours.

Nice tutorial/level design, for as complicated a game as that is there was always that sense of "ah, now I know what this new thing does" instead of "WTF was that???"

I’m glad you enjoyed!

enjoyed playing! its cool to sign after hitting an enemy,  adds to the chaotic feel to the game. controls are simple and has good replay value. overall great game! keep it up!

Nice job! I like how the UI works lol, maybe on another game you can build on it!

Whoaaaa, I reallllly loved this game. Such a funny idea that you have to sign paperwork after killing enemies! Keep this up! I would love to see this taken further!

Developer

I probably won’t be working on this game any time soon, but I will probably use a similar idea in another jam.

Amazing game !

I like the "Papers please" style stick with a the action style.

Very innovative !

Developer

Thanks!

Very cool concept of combining these two gameplay types. To make it more chaotic I'd recommend significantly lowering the time before a paper damages you. Also being able to attack in the direction of your cursor would make the game feel a lot better.

Developer (1 edit)

Thanks for the feedback! I have the paper time high because I didn’t want it to be too hard, I could have added a hard mode if I had more time. Also Tbh I mostly used space to attack when I played it but I can see why that’d be weird.

This is a very creative concept and the game is very enjoyable. Good work

Mix of paper please with rpg game work pretty well.

Developer

I'm glad you think so!

Great looking game! Seems well implemented, and controls work well (although as a non-QWERTY user, WASD is unfortunate!). I think I'm missing the point a bit on the chaos - am I playing the game wrong? I walk around, find an enemy, press space to attack it, it dies, I draw a line in the signature box, drag it to the bottom and then walk around some more, repeat. After a few I end up on the next level.

I like the game a lot, but it was not chaotic at all. I could simply kill an enemy, sign the paper and then go to the next enemy.

Developer

Will I guess you didn’t let there be chaos. But seriously I probably should have made some reason the player can’t do that. Thanks for the feedback!

Cool concept, is this game inspired by "Emergency Protocol", a submission to the GMTK Game Jam 2020?

I like the game, but it is really frustarting to start from the beginning everytime you die. I would have prefered a health system were you die as soon as an enemy hits you, but only the level gets restarted, not the entire game. Also, if you aren't fast enough to sign before the time runs out, there isn't a game over, you just get softlocked.

Other than that, nice idea. I hope my feedback helped you and it would be cool if you could check out my submission too. Thanks! :)

Developer(+1)

It’s not inspired by Emergency Protocol but it’s actually inspired by Hellfiler from the same jam! I did try to make a restart of the same level but with the way I control the levels a bunch of errors popped up and there wasn’t enough time to fix it.

Oh, makes sense :)

Great concept, and really good execution. Played a bit more because it was so fun :)

Developer

Thank you!
