I love how with every next text box the way I imagine the objects is more and more detailed and colorful. I like to think about bicycles and fractals. :)

CUUUUTE, love the switching axis mechanic

Hah, wasn’t sure if it would ever happen but definitely thought it would cause an error at some point. I’ll patch this soon, surprised it took this long for the bug to affect someone 😄 thanks for letting me know!

The door may be the most important design decision in this game ever. The pacing of the game is perfect, but always suffered from the timer counting down immediately after the player presses the restart button. With the inclusion of the brand new door mechanic, the player is in control of their own pacing, allowed to begin the game at any desired moment, which may be greatest contribution to pacing in storytelling ever conceived. I am in control. I choose to go in and spread. I am spreading. I am the spreader. That is the player experience.

LETS MAKE SOME GAMES AND STUFF

I am so happy for the snowman and his family, my time was well spent

Thank you for enjoying at least some of it! :}  sorry about the eye strain though. any particular visual elements that cause the eye strain or is it the whole experience?

MAAAN this game is juicy as hell, so responsive too!! :D the screenshake is just a little too much for my eyes but the rest of it is just such a fun little crazy fish rampage i love it

I also love the little botanist :}

The lettuce does commence forth (thank you)

Thanks a lot!! I'm glad you enjoyed it :D

I added you on discord, my username is @miegapirceejs

Oh man that would be SO COOL, I’d be honoured!!! :) Send me the link when you make the board! :D  I’ll see what I can do about the timer, if I can spare a moment for that. ;)

Oh that is impressive, awesome! Props to recording your run too, I like your approach - I tend to go for damage upgrades haha :D

I'm glad you've found it so satisfying to play it <3

Thank you so much for playing my game! It was fun to watch the video and see how you experienced it :)

Ahh, I'm very glad you had such an engaging experience with it :D

Thank you so much for playing! <3

KLOSTERTRIEKA is a non-standard top-down airplane shooter with biblical angels and plant-watering.

You have been denied entry into heaven. Nine clouds of heaven stand in your way. Rest between clouds in your sanctuary and water plants that give you the strength to endure and destroy.

One of my playtesters described the way it feels to play as a "drift car with a minigun". I don't think I can sell it any differently.

Yes

a

i have no idea, glad you dig it :P

Gamemaker Studio 2. Even a blank executable was more than 1.44 mb ;-;

but eh. i probably wouldn't have finished it by the time the jam ended.

Ok, cool! I'll send a link whenever I have something done!

It does have something to do with floppy discs though ;)

Hey hi hello, this dude here.

I was working on my proc-gen small world jam entry when I realized that no matter how much I try to squeeze that game, it comes out in 1.85 mb. Bummer. So, can I just submit it but say it's not valid so nobody rates it? And if I can, may I then release a post jam update where i don't try to make it as small as possible?

Heyo, thanks in advance,

Xeno

Thank you for the answer, but I meant computer hardware specifcations (CPU, RAM, etc.) :)

Even if it's not for my PC, I'm still supporting  ya! ^-^

(1 edit)

Hey, I'm really interested in supporting you guys! Just one question - any system requirements for the game?

Thanks! :D

Thank you! :)

Thanks a lot, LJRadio! :D

I'm glad you like it!
