I'm really impressed with this game. Very well done.

Talk about challenging. I don't know how many times I played to beat the last level. I lost count... I love this game.

The same goes when using Wine. I had to run the following before playing:

mkdir -p ~/.wine/drive_c/users/(my-user-name)/AppData/Roaming/Moonring/data/save

Subnautica needs a 2d clone!  Laughs aside, I've played through this a few times now.  Please consider doing a kickstarter to build this out more.

A MASTERPIECE!  WOW!  I didn't want to leave the starting area to start the game as I was trying to wrap my head around what was happening.  This is polished genius and definitely a throwback for fans of Portal.

Running Debian Stretch 9.5

I believe I was looking through the structure list when this happened:

  • remove bump and replace with activation button that listens for next movement key
  • "Repeat last build" as first option under "Build a structure" menu
  • leave game & continue
  • scoring mechanism and leader board to help focus goals
  • story driven dialogue with first capture of grue items, first building creation, etc. to help build atmosphere

Not complaining by any means.  This is a very addictive strategy game.  The fact that I know very little about the grue tactics makes it that much more interesting.  Even on easy, I usually get beat up pretty good around turn 3500 -- still working out population control.

First off, forgive me if I'm double posting here.  I have no way to searching the forum.

The creativity of what is being shared here is impressive.  I would like to be able to read the ratings left by other users a bit easier.  I'm sure they're accessible somewhere other than the Feed page.  Whether they are or not, it would be nice if the full rating text was displayed on the game view template somewhere.

The rating text is probably the most important asset these developers have.  Psychologically they will always be more effective than comments.  Ratings sell.

I would venture that you could drop the comments plugin altogether and allow others to reply to the ratings posted.  Nothing new here though, that is pretty much industry standard these days.

This is the perfect puzzle rougelike.  At the same time, this is a "heavy" freediving and scuba simulation.  Freedivers will need to know how to prevent shallow and deep water blackouts.   If you are on air, you'll will need to have a dive planner handy and know how to use it.
