I've already posted in here before, but after getting near the end of story mode and exploring as much new material as I can, there's been three big issues and one nitpick [other than the briefcase] that have bugged me immensely that I feel is justifiable to share and critique.

-The terrain update. I enjoy the new hills and bumps of land that make exploring the forest and searching with the metal detector more interesting, however I greatly dislike the amount of collectibles and easter eggs that are no longer accessible because they either go flying from their now glitched spawn points or they get buried under the new map. I feel like, since it was their own choice to update the terrain, there should've been more extensive checking to make sure a good chunk of the most sought after decorations/collectibles were still working and could be found.
-The molotov recipe is nonsensical. I don't understand why you would need to pour out the alcohol and replace it with gasoline when both substances are flammable and can be mixed together and would still work just fine as a weapon. As well, what is the reason for only using paper trash in the recipe and not being able to use crumbled paper from the notepad? That screws over people who already collected all the paper trash and turned it into paper scrap and now have to go metal detecting to look for more.
-The broken electronics in the new generator buildings, for some reason, can't be turned into electronic scrap, nor do they sell for that much. I wouldn't mind them having a low selling price if the option was there to turn it into scrap, but since that's not the case, then them having a low selling price makes no sense. They can be used as decoration pieces of course, and I think that's good and something I was planning to do myself, but I don't see a reason why they can't be used for parts either. It would have more advantages that way.
-This one is the nitpick; having my Kerfur randomly explode at night and having to wait till morning to be able to turn it on without fear of it exploding again isn't exactly fun, personally. Especially since I have my Kerfur at the console station at all times, so if I afk for whatever reason without pausing the game and it's night in-game, and I come back see that I'm back at the menu because I died from the radioactive capsule from my exploded Kerfur- I think it's a valid thing to be a bit irritated by.

This update has many hits, but these small misses are enough for me personally to not have fun with it that much. Especially since there really isn't that much new stuff to do other than kill the boars and wait to get the new signals. I do still love the game of course and am happy that it's being worked on so hard, I just hope these issues get resolved with the next update.

I've never heard of a second use for it, only the main one that involves the staircase. Is it at least something you can do in story mode or is it another thing you have to do in sandbox? Because if it's the latter than I don't care for it being spoiled lol.

This is a nitpick on my part because I don't know who else feels the same way but-
[Spoilers for one of the easter eggs]

It'd be nice to be able to keep the briefcase as decoration instead of it going back to it's original spot every time you load in after moving it. Especially since the easter egg that it's needed for isn't even one that you can do in story mode. It's a nice easter egg and I think it's executed well, but I would also love to just have the briefcase as part of room decor instead of it just being naggingly in the bunker 24/7 and having to move it every time I go back in.

EDIT: So happy to see this game back up! I hope in the future this gives it the recognition it deserves, especially since the Roblox port is going viral and people are praising it. Very proud of the creator for allowing people to experience this twisted tale.

I'm upset that I had to play a Roblox port and then watch playthroughs of the original game in order to see what it was. It would've been so much better to experience it raw and first hand.

There's no denying this game presents an extremely sensitive topic, and it's made so impactful by the fact that you literally play as a short little girl, only reaching just barely the height of the table.

I had already made guesses as to what the scenario could be, cause it was very clear it wasn't the case of a child being protected from a harsh wasteland. But actually experiencing it unfold in front of your eyes is an entirely different feeling. To some people, like me, not even anticipating the worst prepares me for it.

But that doesn't mean it has to be shunned for what it gives the player. Yes, it does leave you feeling gross, disgusted, even sick to your stomach if you're extremely sensitive. But that's the point. You're being presented with a story of an event that should never be recreated or witnessed in real life. You are being told of a lifestyle that can really happen in the world. To some people, it's a chance to look through the eyes of a person who's had similar experiences to the girl, and that can really open your eyes and change your view.

I do understand why this was taken down, as without proper warning this must've definitely triggered a good handful of people, that and apparently the creators were being accused of enjoying the topics being presented, which is such a wild accusation to make towards an artist, but I still think it should be told, experienced, and set as a decent example of a more extreme story horror game.
