ohh... emotions of percy and knight. i have a lot of thoughts on bad partner knight triumphant and percy taking on the mantle of the Lovers in their stead is so good.... sometimes you truly do have to bring your not-really-partner-anymore to a date night spot and cut all ties with them truly. standout part to me was 11- the way percy focuses not on don's feedback, but his partner left behind; percy stepping into the mantle of captain in a way so very different than knight's captaincy was. exquisite corpses are suuch a good format to combine with 12x100s and the story this zine tells is done so well.

A really poignant chronicle of the prolonged tragedy of the Breckenridge Jazz Hands, laid out using words from the game itself.  A lot of my favorite illustrations in this zine are the pieces laid out in silhouette- your art style is wonderful, and I love seeing it in all of its detail, but something about the stark black against the pale blue background feels so expressive in its contrast.  Your commentary on each event is minimal, just enough to convey each emotion; a quiet expression of grief.  It's fitting, really, in the way that so many Blaseball tragedies can be swept away in the rapid pace of the game- there's so little room to express the pain of experiencing it all.

The Tower, the Tower, the Tower- endless cycles of loss, and the emotion that comes with it.

good zine. good zine. love this one.

WHAT... a whole TTRPG??? This is such a concept already- I'm living for it. Looking through this ruleset, this is absolutely the type of game I'd love to play with friends; a slower, worldbuilding-centric game about players on the edge of the action is so totally up my alley.  The rules are simplistic, well-laid out, and flexible; it's the type of game that could take as little time 30 minutes- or likely in my case, many many hours- and it's just. it's so good okay.

exquisite corpse wednesday... qais dogwalker at the end of the world.
This one's fun! Exquisite corpses are a fascinating format to play around with, especially in a fandom already experienced with communal storytelling. The resulting product is very cohesive, with little more than a stutter-step as each writer gets their bearings in the story they're writing and then continues the threads of the narrative. Lets go Dale- love the Dale, love this zine.

...Man. I don't know too much abt sister lenny (or any interps of lenny marijuana at all) but this zine. yeah. the emotions here i am receiving them and it is good stuff.

oh wow this one is good. this one's really good.  The first submission definitely had me chuckling, and then was immediately followed up by pieces that kneecapped me completely.  There's a huge range of potential for "fusion weather"- it's certainly been joked about enough in the fandom as a whole, and this zine pulls out some of those potential threads into some really fascinating concepts.

omg the dads vs dads zine.. this concept is sooo cute and you put it together so well! i love the handwritten crayon style of the title and credits page and the matchups themselves are delightful. shoutout to sparrow's brother

Everybody's favorite Blaseball mechanic, the tarot cards that did like three things maximum, yippee!  I love all of these cards- I'd type up my thoughts on the imagery each card used here, but I'm planning on making notes for individual contributors and sending people my thoughts on all of their different works at once, but this is such a cool zine and I wish i had the time to contribute a piece to this one myself!

I commented on this one last night, in Discord, but I really love your art style, and seeing all of these little guys absolutely delights me.  I love the little comments on a few of these pieces- "how do you draw a castle" got me in particular, because yeah that's absolutely the mood of anybody trying to draw Sigmund at all, lmao

This one's delightful! I love the collage format here and the cheerful voice that the entire zine uses, so at odds with the grim reality of the situation in the Hellmouth.  It feels very Sunbeams to me- the cheer of a tourism PSA, except it's telling you to run, run far away and don't look back.  I'm a big fan of the two-page spread of Pages 3-4 in particular- it's the only time that the tone of the text breaks character, accentuated with the imagery of a gaping, cavernous maw- it works so well for impact because of the light-hearted tone of the rest of the zine.

Four of them.
I've had the honor of seeing some of the process of your Pies thoughts developing over the past few months, and your dedication to building your own narrative around this team has been such a joy to witness. I've seen the both of you talk about the messy relationship that these four in particular have had quite a bit, and this zine-

It's an ending, of sorts, to that narrative, except not really, because so little is resolved between them, and so little can be resolved, now, and here at the end of the world all they can do is come to terms with that truth.  It's not a fresh start for them, not really, because their baggage is still heavy between them and there's no room for fresh starts when the world is falling to pieces so quickly. But it's something; a shared moment between four people, a bittersweet reunion in death.

I love this zine.  I love its simple, straightforward format.  I love its clear use of color to indicate who is speaking, and the way that the first page establishes each voice.  I love it's simplistic font, it's starry backdrop.  It's a conversation in the void of the Hall- nothing more, nothing less, and I think that it's beautiful.

You guys did good with this one, y'all. This one's a banger.

If I had time, I would have loved to submit a piece to this zine- there's something about the rush of a deadline that always seems to make a very specific type of art, you know?  You all are so. brave for putting this together so close to deadline truly.
