I'm sorry to hear that. I don't have a mac so I couldn't test it that way. If you apply a force to the same object twice, the first one disappears.
I agree, if I managed to have a bit more time that would be first on my checklist.

You should use your mouse to apply force to yourself and planets as well as make them heavier. Also you can fullscreen the game in the bottom right corner.
