The phrase "people is bus" is a philosophical statement that holds profound meaning. It reflects the idea that human beings are constantly engaged in a state of busyness, often consumed by various tasks, responsibilities, and pursuits. It speaks to the fast-paced nature of modern life, where individuals find themselves caught up in a perpetual cycle of work, obligations, and societal expectations. Moreover, "people is bus" suggests that busyness has become a defining characteristic of our existence, overshadowing other aspects of life such as personal well-being, self-reflection, and meaningful connections with others. It invites us to question whether this ceaseless busyness is truly fulfilling or if it prevents us from living a more balanced and purposeful life. Ultimately, this phrase serves as a reminder to examine our priorities, seek moments of stillness amidst the chaos, and rediscover what truly matters in our pursuit of happiness and fulfillment.

truly a masterpiece of our time, makes u think really deep philosophical questions, like people and how they is bus?

yeah we really wanted to do more of that kind of stuff with the lasso! Maybe in a post-jam version. (Also you're the first person to mention, maybe notice the sprites don't mirror!) Thanks for playing!!

Lol glad someone likes the added difficulty of timing the lasso 😂 thanks for playing!

The boars require more effort than the sheep to lasso, you  have to shoot at them to anger them which causes them to charge you. Then you try to bait them into stuff (the exploding barrels in their area, rocks) to stun them, which lets you land the lasso while they're stunned. We had a better idea for this but couldn't get it in for the jam. Thanks for playing nonetheless!

We wanted to make it feel like a real lasso and have a bit of a learning curve, but we still could have made it a little easier. Thanks for playing!

Thanks for playing! Only tip is to make sure you're actually aiming at your target and not over it, you want the lasso to land onto them and not fly over. Next time will definitely make it easier to use to limit this kind of confusion :)

Glad you enjoyed it :)

Thanks for playing! in some situations the stun's length depends on how you go about it. For example with Diggle and the bear traps, the lower his health the lower the stun is.

Thanks for the kind words! we wanted to get more polish/audio/gamefeel in but ran out of time sadly. Maybe in a more polished post-jam version :)
