I don't think it skips them.

It's usually because there's a timer beteen your clicks when you play againts the AI, so it runs easier on toasters.

It's just an experiment, as such is meant to test ideas, more than it being a prototype for a game.

Sometimes ideas can't easily be judged while in your mind, so you need to code something.

I need to work on adding a tutorial, add diferente enemies, and also fix some stuff like the dash, to make it simpler for newer users.

Double tap is a common way to dash on fighting games like kof, BTW.

Dont worry, game is designed to be short, but scale the dificulty to a point where is impossible to defeat.

It's ok if you can only suceed in just 2-3 fights.

Honestly, it seems a game engine issue.

Can confirm nothing happens when you select versus, but honestly, no clue what's the issue, since everything is properly configured.

And yes, you need to press a button for the arrow to appear, is a common thing 2D fighter maker games.

There's a top menu to change the key bindings.

There's not much I can do because of the engine it was made (fighter maker).
