On a side note i could be wrong but i think itch.io have to take it down if they see it as well

Don't think that they won't take it down either just because your small and not worth it, because if somebody doesn't protect their IP then they can lose the rights to it.

I'm not sure why you didn't research this before doing it.

Umm, this is very against the law... you might get away with it but you will probably get a cease and desist within the week...

To be exact your not aloud to use the story or the gameplay structure or any logos or art or characters
