Heyyya, thanks so much for the feedback,
Yes for some reason the end screen crashes on the web version, I'm still looking into why it crashes. But don't worry there were no more levels for this prototype. I hope to work on it more :P
Thanks so much for the review, I'm glad you liked it. Yeah i find that the gameplay loop gets old pretty quick which is why I have plans on adding new features to it. Something like each potion having some sort if unique ability (orange can set things on fire, cyan can be used as a temporary torch/light) which would allow me to make new ideas for puzzles. Looking forward to working more on this.
Thanks again for your feedback i really appreciate it <3
So couple of Notes:
The prologue is bugged due to the WebGL integration, and doesn't show, so for anyone interested it is only a text box that looks like the screenshot attached.
All levels are passable and if stuck you can use the Hourglass looking station to reset the level, the controls are "Y" and "N" but rather buttons you would have to click on the screen. (I see how that is a major UI problem)
The brewing station also works by you clicking on the potion in the UI of the brewing station (not anything from the inventory)
Lastly, the game is not resizable and is fit for a 1920*1080 screen, in future i'll have to update to make it resizable and fit the users screen
Very fun, i love the concept and abilities,
The only two things are
the interaction between the two elements can be worked on more to reduce bugs, i found that sometimes i would use a ability while pushing a box and it would de-spawn the box.
Another comment i have is maybe making the movement and jumping be more fluent, since this is a platformer i find the delay in jumps could cause a little frustration, and a fluent jumping mechanic would really make this a great game
top tier great job <3
