- Creepy music, creepy art style; characters, environment, and whatever that dark figure was that ran off screen almost too quicky--all of this, very well done. I found the controls easy to grasp, and traversing through each room while solving the puzzles laid out to be considerably well thought out. I was also intrigued by the journal entries that were scattered around to read while you were working towards gathering items to complete each puzzle. In regards to the themes, I found solving puzzles to be a bit more creative in terms of how alchemy was used here, while for shadow my interpretation was towards the story you were trying to tell; in the sense of there being a sort of secret society or secret entity you had to uncover throughout the game. This definitely kept my interest, especially due to the music. Overall, I would likely come back to play more of this, so do keep up the good work!

Game Crashed for me, but up to that point was pretty enjoyable, text is a bit small, probably good to have a bit of quick dialogue after each level to show the progression of story, has the elden ring bread crumbs which is nice
Heyyya, thanks so much for the feedback,
Yes for some reason the end screen crashes on the web version, I'm still looking into why it crashes. But don't worry there were no more levels for this prototype. I hope to work on it more :P
A fun little colour/potion mixing exploration game.
I had a bit of trouble reading the text sometimes cos it was too small or the font made it difficult. But it didn't stop me in my tracks or anything.
The pixel art was cool some of the set pieces looked really cool too. I wish the UI was a bit bigger as it looked awesome when mixing potions and I loved the little animation.
The music was really creepy and the setting of the game was nice.
After level 2 though I started to get a bit fed up just finding the right combination of doors to open to mix the colours to open another door. It's a fun concept but just opening doors constantly kinda worn me down.
Still it was a nice little game and I enjoyed playing it :)
Loved the music (gave me og doom vibes, I was almost expecting a boomer shooter from the sounds) and the visuals are really nice. I also encountered a crash at the white potion door; I did not open all of the gates to get to the end, does that make a difference? Only other thing I’d like is some sort of visual in the centre of the potion making screen to show what potion you made once you brew it, as it looks like there’s a spot for it but I never saw it while brewing. None the less, I had fun playing :)
Pretty fun concept with potion mixing to unlock doors for some fun puzzles. The game crashed when I used the white potion to open the door, did I beat the game? lol Nice job!
Interesting puzzle game! Sadly, and predictably, I got stuck 😅
The core game idea is good. My biggest gripe with the game is how much time you can waste. Not sure witch level it was, but I spent a long time trying to unlock all the doors, get to all the potions and combining them, only to realize I made the wrong potion, so now I'm softlocked. Having a level reset is nice, but it's still and awful lot of progress (not to mention, time) I just essentially thrown away.
I think it's one thing to "play badly" and loose, but here, I accidentally used the wrong potion. One simple mistake :\
I had a hard time reading the notes and prompts. My laptop screen is unfortunately not big enough (1080p, just not high screen space), so I just ended up not reading anything.
If you're going to add Y/N to the level reset as options, you might as well make them keybinds. Took me a minute to realize I had to use my mouse
All in all, good concept, not a bad game at all!
Hey thanks for the feedback, yeah i agree i think the UI of the game was rushed and i would wish to work more on it, figuring out what UI works best and is less confusing is very important and can make or break a game lol.. again thanks a lot for the feedback
Much love
