Hey! I'm really excited for this jam and can't wait to submit a project and start working! But my one question is: can we donate about 75% or more of our winnings instead of 50%? I've always wanted to support others in need through donations and help, but I've never really could allocate money to help. Also are we able to choose multiple charities to donate to? Like adopt a classroom (Funding for Schools), St. Jude (Cancer Research), National Alliance to end Homelessness, ASCPA (Animal Shelters).

Thanks, I'll watch it soon! I'm still confused how my game is still getting people that are playing it 😂.

Just sent you a friend request! Can't wait to hear from you! I'll give you all the information for the project, it's for a game jam.

Wow! I've learned a LOT from this game. Life as a sword is tough, yet simplistic. I would 100% recommend spending at least an hour playing this!

That is one of the absolute funniest responses I've heard in awhile insulting this creator for being a pedophile and grooming minors. And for my message if TheAnh reads this, "There is no way to go back from this mistake. You are too far. I'm going to spend 27 days working to specifically get you behind bars. The absolute messed up stuff you said to that 14-year-old is already insane. Not sure if you've gotten any brain injuries recently, but you think that 'waiting is not grooming'. You are already talking to that 14-year-old and saying of all the s3xual stuff you want to do with her. I've got pure evidence so don't you dare delete this post or itch.io remove this because you are supporting a pedophile and child-groomer if you do". That was a lot 😂. Sorry, been needing to get that off of my chest. I'm nowhere near mentally stable, but I do know that I am mentally stable enough to not talk to 14-year-olds and groom them.

Hey! This was a pretty fun game! Ended up playing it for about 10 minutes. I've got a few suggestions and bugs for you to fix.
---------------------------------------------
1. Staying in the very top right and bottom right corners bypasses all gameplay. No bombs will spawn in front of the player.

2. Adding more controls (Arrow Keys)

3. More visible controls/tutorial at the start. I was very confused on what to do and still am.

4. Making the nukes movement more predictable. Instead of stopping then starting, make it have a very short start delay then an exponential movement vertically.

----------------------------------------------

I really like this concept, and hope you'll make those fixes and make a full-version of this game!

Hey! Nice game! You're really fast, and this is a great quality game for being made in less than two days! Good Job! I haven't found any bugs during the playthrough. Only thing that you might change is making the story much more out there. Couldn't quite understand why Robots? And some of the assets don't seem to fully fit in. Game was quite fun, and a bit difficult because those robots were always moving. Maybe have the Robots go to one area, then stop then move back? Also you might want to include boxes seperating each robot in the first level. Also you should give the option to use Arrow Keys to go left and right, and the spacebar to jump. So here's a list of what I'd fix
---------------------------------------------------------
Fix

1. Making the story stand out more
2. Adding Barriers between robots for slightly easier gameplay
3. Adding more controls (Left Arrow, Right Arrow, Space Bar, Up Arrow)
4. Changing out some of the assets to fit better with the art style.

Found another place uploaded... https://filehippo.com/download_how-to-build-a-snowman/

Hey! Your game is awesome, but just wanted to let you know that someone must of uploaded your game (as malware) on here https://how-to-build-a-snowman.en.softonic.com/. Make sure you've got an Adblocker on before. And if you did upload it to there, well I found it!

you've got to seperate them in Blender. It's kind of a NEED-TO-KNOW when you're using assets that aren't specially made for your game or you didn't make them. I'll let you know if there is any other ways though!

Remind me to try this later today! I'll play test it! Can't wait to!

Hope you don't get copyright striked. Good luck though! Send me updates! Can't hurt playing another horror game.

I'd love to make more music for you! Because I now can compose PS1 Music Better, it'll be much faster and easier!

Hey! Sorry, wrong person. It's fine! My Music wasn't the best. I'm happy to make more music for you in the future! Sorry that you're burned out. Honestly, that game wasn't bad! Just needs a few fixes!

Hey! For Unreal Engine, you can either export Low Poly Road Pack.blend as FBX with ALL TEXTURES or GLB with ALL TEXTURES. I'm not quite sure if DAE supports Unreal Engine. But I'll find out and let you know! Again I'm responding to a comment a year ago...

Yeah they really should! Procedural meaning constantly generating, which this has absolutely no code connected to this - meaning there is no way that this would be procedural. Modular meaning able to be altered and still look good (altered meaning stretched, shrinked, etc.). Just realized that your post was 4 years ago...

That was fun! Bug-free! Other than the voice-over cutting off at some moments, it was good! Love the graphics! Did you make the shader yourself? Or do Pixel Art for everything?

What I'd add:

1. Louder Voice-Overs: have the audio playing from two areas, and you can add a speaker 3D Model or continue using the TV.

2. Louder Music: with louder voice-overs, there's got to be louder music.

3. Randomness: Maybe change the percentage of circles to be 40–30% of the time. It'll make it slightly harder, but funner!

4. Voice-Over Timing Fixes: Don't need to add anything else; this is self-explanatory.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Good job! I can't wait to see the full version!

Discord: celestialstudio (if you want to contact me for more updates!)

Just finished! This was pretty fun; the double jump was a bit buggy. You accidentally used a static mesh instead of the actor for the trophy in the middle to end and used mods to get through that area. This has a lot of potential, and I can't wait to see how it'll turn out! There were little to no bugs, which I found, which is really good! But honestly, I'm not sure how the "Liminal" vibe would fit into Parkour; it doesn't feel right (not like Liminal space feels right, but like it doesn't fit). You could create a different environment that could fit with it better; a good example of a parkour horror game would be Finding Frankie.

Just got the virus warning, it's just Windows Defender. MalwareBytes doesn't care!

I'm going to play this, and give feedback. Sorry I forgot to playtest one of your other games, couldn't figure it out.

This was actually really fun! It's simple and relaxing! Normally, I judge these types of games, but for the first time, I actually played through it!

Hello! I'm currently working on a teaser trailer, planned to be released 10/31. I'm almost done with it! All I need is just a female voice actor who preferably has an American accent.
------
More info about the Rev- Share: The game's release will be $5, 35% for me, 35% for the writer, and the rest will be split for the team based on how large of a role they've got!
------
Lines: You will be playing as a victim to an unknown creature (Unknown to you! Haha, really thought I was going to reveal it in the teaser). Tons of fear and near crying in your voice.

(In a desperate tone/partially crying): Please... somebody, if you can hear me—send help! It already hurt my family, and I... I don’t know how much time I have left!”

Nearly forgot this: My Discord is celestialstudio

If you need me to do any code or music/sound design, I'm here! I've got 5+ years in music, 2 in sound design, 1.5 in Unreal!

If you want me to send you some of the code for the lights just DM me on discord!

Hello! I absolutely LOVE your game! And I hope you release a full version. Now here is some of the stuff you might want to fix.

1. Lights (on the top floor): Instead of having a light button that turns on and one to turn off, I'd recommend using a Flip-Flop Node (I can give an example of a Blueprint).

2. Player Speed: It felt a tad bit too slow, but it created TONS of suspense for the chase.

3. UI (Main Menu): The main menu was lacking a bit; I'd recommend adding animations (I understand that this was only a demo).

4. Camera Speed/Sensitivity: I'd adjust some settings to keep the camera sensitivity a bit slower; I kept on doing 360s, lol.

5. Quests: I'd change the font for those, just to help emphasize the horror in the game. Maybe the "RUNRUNRUNRUN" could have a glitched font?

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Can't wait to see a full version!!! And if you'd like to update me more, my discord is @celestialstudio

Aww. It sucks that you're sick. I hope you get better!

Hello! I'm back with bugs!

1. Party Hats: The interaction boxes around them aren't large enough, meaning it's really hard to place each one down.

2. The Table: I can partially walk through and on top of the table.

3. Collision Outside: I soft-locked myself outside because I clipped through the wall of the house. I recommend adding more collisions.

4. Music: Have the main menu music get quiet once the game starts. Main Menu music doesn't serve as ambience though.

5. Confusion: the game was really confusing to get to.

6. Animating the characters: As the other comment said, use Mixamo (it does it for you!)

7. Stylizing all UI: For the dialogue box, instead of just a black box with text. I'd recommend having another box (possibly white) slightly bigger than the black box, giving it a different color edge.

I see you made a new game! I'll try it out and find bugs for you! And give the solutions if possible!

Here's the video with the music in it. It's unlisted so only people who have the link can view it.

Done with your main menu music (Turns out PS1 was not in my Skill-range, thought it would be easier). Sorry it took me so long. I sent it to your email!

Hey! We fixed the post-processing so you won't get dizzy! Feel free to re-play it!

Just to let everyone know, if you're going to 100% this game that it will take 2-3 Hours at least

Thank you for the feedback! If there were any bugs, feel free to report them!
