Right now it feels like the world is completely falling apart in real life. I kind of wish I could be that unbothered by it all.

That happens to me sometimes with the itch.io app. Opening the page in a normal web browser and downloading it that way usually works for me.

This is a pretty spiffy app. Unfortunately, I can’t seem to get it to play nice with Google’s Noto Emoji font. When I load the font and paste in a character, I just get a rectangular box.

Is it my imagination, or is ability score generation method 2 massively overpowered? Method 3 gives you seven points to distribute amongst eight ability scores. Method 2 gives you a bare minimum of 8 points and a maximum of 32 points.

Yeah. That one is infuriating.

Perhaps making it so you have to be close to the NPCs as well as in line of sight would help.

Having the NPCs do stuff with the equipment for more than just a fraction of a second, and having them being completely oblivious while interacting with equipment would help a lot too.

FYI, the itch.io desktop app has a pre-approved list of file extensions that it will install, and absolutely refuses to deal with anything not on the list. .xlsm files are not on the list.

This is a neat little game. I like it.

I nearly lost my life to depression a couple of times, so I totally understand. Dealing with that is more important than dealing with us. Best wishes, and I hope she recovers (as best as she can) and gets all of the support she needs.
