My friend made a purchase, without making an account, and he accidentally clicked the gift option, he added his own email and he finished the purchase. And he got charged the amount of the purchase. The only email he received is the receipt and the “thank you gift” but no link to download the content. He tried the recover purchases link and the already bought link from the support page but nothing happened. Is there another way to get the download link? What can we do now?
