The Blender scene is just my work files and is not set up for any specific purpose beyond that. You can find the textures inside the UnityPackage. You'll just need to extract that and navigate to that directory when setting up your materials in Blender.
(this was solved in Discord, but I am reposting the solution for anybody who stumbles into this comment)
If you click on the Body.001 mesh in the hierarchy, you should see some Blendshapes in the Inspector panel. You can adjust the first few to adjust the clothing visibility.
You don't have to rebuy it. Even though it was taken down on Gumroad, you should still have access to the download in your Library. Both stores will continue to receive updates, should there be any.
