I haven't actually played your game yet but stumbled on this page looking for totally regular RPGs on twitch. I checked your dev log and I hope your life gets on a solid track soon.

Honestly, if you can make a game, it should be fairly easy for you to get into programming, data analysis etc., lots of courses on Udemy etc. My friend had success getting a high paying tech job by joining a coding bootcamp that doesn't require upfront payment but you sign an agreement to give them a small portion of your salary for 2 years after you land a job.

Look these up and maybe that's a way to get a less stressful day job and then focus on yourself a bit. Also please do excercise and stuff, it has been wonders to by own mental health, way way more than I expected, also really boosts self-easteem etc,

To preface I just want to say I know this is all fivtion and nothing against the developer etc.

Bit I just wanted to say that real-life inquisition was a horrible thing and so many absolutely innocent people were tortured and killed for absolutely no fault. Many "inquisitors" were doing it for money and would frame the victims using tricks.  Many contemptorary scholars were killed because they challanged mundane things like that the Sun is not orbiting the Earth. Many became victims because they just had a different religion or in many vases very very slightly different form of Christianity.

I just wish these games used a different word for this. If the theme is to have witches etc. I wish we coukd just use some fantasy term and not an actual real life horrible thing.

I stumbled on this page totally randomly and saw your comment. I just want to say best of luck to you! I hope your life gets better and your emotional health turns out great.

Definitely don't give up on therapy though, maybe switch doctors approaches. I have had really bad OCD since childhood and it took me like 4 different therapists to finally be able to deal with it better. I almost accepted that OCD would be part of my life forever but the last therapist kind of clicked for me. I think though that the previous 3 were part of the journey too and if I met this one from the start it would likely have not worked. So that is just some datapoint from my side.

Either way I hope life turns great for you!
