Thanks for playing! Glad you enjoyed it.
Haha, you just gotta figure out which chests are the most valuable to you ~ There's a dungeon deeper in the game with 16 treasure paths, just saying...
Thanks again for playing! I was literally lowering some of the encounter rates as you were playing. Once I got used to speedrunning my own game a few nasty areas slipped my notice.
I responded to a lot of this on-stream so I'll spare some typing here but yeah, ultimately it's a weird game that doesn't want to be played normally, haha!
Got 33 minutes into this one before getting stunlocked to death by a Watcher's Wheel.
The character art is nice and I like the vibes of some of the strata. The enemy designs were neat.
Overall I found the narrative hard to follow. I wish there was a lot more dialogue between the party members. Ida went from wanting to kill me to trusting in me in 25 minutes? Hm.
I think with some more time this could be a neat game. Some more clarity in battles (what do Agnes's debuffs do?) would be appreciated, though I liked the flow of combat overall. The second stratum had a great music track and the most interesting enemy encounters. First stratum was a little easy but eh. Maybe the MC's Steel Flurry is just overtuned.
This was a really neat premise! I explored and crafted up a bit for about 24 minutes but didn't find any more gate stones yet... I would have loved a lot more banter between guildies to make it feel more MMO-y.
I found Elfadin pretty useless so swapped her out to use both Razr and the ninja. Ivy died once early on so I had to go back early, but then quickly on the next outing she got Snow Front and the game was sorta over for these slimes.
A more refined verison of this concept could be very cool!
I released a script I modified/extended for this project --get it on RMN if you're interested!
Ashes of Roses is a Sci-Fi thriller about exorcists, Shakespeare, and a hunk with a slasher smile. It is a direct sequel to Wine & Roses, although you do not need to have played Wine to enjoy Ashes.
An elite squad of exorcists has landed on Earth hundreds of years after humans left en masse. Floating alone above the wasteland planet is Heath, a rookie communications officer tending to the IGSS Delilah. As Argent, Carmanth, and Nynavae fight through the ruins of Fort Adder and the hellscapes below, Heath has a visitor on the starship...
Enjoy the shortened IGMC 2018 version by the end of the month, with all the exploration taken out in favor of getting the full story and some choice battles into the judge's hands. How and when it progresses from there will depend on the contest and Degica. :)
"Am I just a mission to you?"
Hey, I know the general rule is "no 18+/NC-17," but I was wondering about swearing specifically. I personally try to stay away from gendered swears, but I know from spitting out a rough draft of the scenario this morning that there's probably gonna be some f***s thrown in there. I haven't played enough Degica shmups to really know what they like to (hopefully ;) ) publish or not in terms of profanity!
Also, is some non-sexualized, clearly alien boob okay or should I cover up the nipples? Either way is fine, just want to know sooner rather than later XD (the final boss battler I want to use is way less endowed than the lady in Quidget's thumbnail so, uh, y'know.... points? XD )
