It is indeed still in development. There was a finished story but I found it not good enough so I remove it to rework on it, that's why Anny says that.

One of the accessory can be found by talking to Anny (when you get out of the classroom, you go left and you should find her there on some day).

The second one can be found by talking to Jessica (She's on the second floor of the dorm, playing blackjack with Melody at night ,on Thursday and Friday)

The last one can be obtained by talking to the teacher Ms.Johanna (She's in the teacher's room on some day, it's the first open door when you go left from the classroom)

some characters appears only on certain date.

Note that if you wait too long to finish the quests, there's a chance you'll be stuck and need to restart the entire game.

I really hope that'll help you, if you did all that in time but still couldn't obtained the accessories, then I'm afraid it's a bug of some sort.

It should load your previous savefile. If that's not the case then that means there's a problem with your savefile, in that case you'll have to start a new game.

Anny should be found outside the music room on certain day. It's not a bug nor something quest related

The last one is Agrias scene. Spend some time with her at the academy to obtain it.

I think I fixed all those glitch in the version 0.2.1 of the game.

The latest v0.2.x will be on itch as soon as the v0.3 will be on patreon.

There will be variety, it depend mostly on the story.

Yeah, normally it should automatically be counted as 1 if the card value is above 21. Sometimes it does and sometimes no, I'm still figuring out what's happening with it.
