I loved the idea and had a lot of fun with this! Really nice way to fit the theme, one of the best adaptations I've seen so far.
Hospitals + devil parasytes make a good combination for a really creepy game. The artworks used in fights are amazing. And well, the capybaras score points for me hahaha
With some creepy music this could have been even better
I really liked the movement and the follower upgrade, nice idea there!
The only thing I found a bit uncomfortable was the WASD + Z and X for the controls
