I completed the heavy stuff but didn't go back to scarlett and progress the day, i think i need to get back to her during the correct time of day

have completed bathhouse quests except for Juliet, in women submenu it says progress heavy stuff sidequest but this is completed but will not open quest/event for juliet

locked out from main quest "in development" find artifact no notification about juliet/bathhouse

I noticed I couldn't cross the bridge after getting the holy water then going back later, clicking the mouse past the tree got me to the below area then it was crossable, seems like a glitch if you can't get on the bridge go next to the tree and step left down the cliff
