Have you tried with just the platinum expansion and the map? Most the time map loading issue if from mod conflicts
People don't know how to wait anymore it seems like. The modding community for fs is starting to go downhill with people stealing mods or locking them behind paywalls. Pretty soon it's going to be like ATS where all the good mods are paid for
thats surprising mod Hoster is normally a decent site to get mods from. i know mod network is not so great

No idea need to figure out how to add them back after i removed some of the splines
what are you asking about? You just demo the buildings and dig out the foundation for right now working on adding stuff to build buildings and such
