So glad you enjoyed it! That thing about the jumping annoyed me too, but I didn't really have the energy to work out how to fix it at the time.

Honestly the menu and credits were my favourite part too! I learned so much this time, so I'm looking forward to the next jam.

These packs are all so amazing! I love them! 😍

Hey, glad to hear you were able to give it a go! The game was mainly a learning experience, and we can't really improve it beyond this point, but I hope you enjoy it :)

Oh, sorry to hear that! We didn't really have time to work out scaling, especially given that a bunch of our assets didn't match, but hopefully next time we'll be able to tackle that. Thanks for trying it out!

Glad you liked it! That's a great point about the hazards. Unfortunately I have almost no ability with pixel art right now, so I wasn't prepared to take on any modifications, and it's so hard working with a bunch of mismatched free assets. It was a great learning experience though, so I'm excited for the next jam!

So glad you enjoyed it! Yeah it is a rage game, partly just cause it was hard to manage all those different assets and get collision and level design right. I'm treating it as a learning experience though, and it was fantastic fun to make!

I love this game! So cute!!!

We took a look at the error you are getting, and it looks like the issue is with the video card drivers. If you are not able to play the game in the browser, try running the command suggested there in the command prompt, specifically 'RobotEscape.exe' --rendering-driver opengl3 . Make sure you are in the right directory when you run that command.

Since the error is a driver issue, changing the resolution will not fix the problem.

I hope this helps :)

Hey PaddyWack, thanks for trying the game! Sorry it wasn't working for you. My laptop has a really large resolution and I didn't realise it would cause so many issues for other players. I'll have a look later today and see if I can shrink it down a bit :)

Thank you! Yeah it's so nice to work with, especially after the challenge of using PyGame!
