Dont worry much about the Stars. But, for stage 3, (orc patrol), you need to grab the purple bottle at the bottom of the stage but you can only do that after you complete stage 9.

As for the poise issue... Are you on the latest hotfix? I think I fixed that bug with Hotfix2.

best place to report bugs is in the discord channel. Yes, I did increase the difficulty a bit based on players feedback. Don't worry too much about the Stars yet, those will have a much better use in the future.

As far as the 5x Cut, make sure you explore the outside of the Cave after beating the arcane golem.

You can't go down there until you return later. That scene is really just there to move the story forward. Once you beat zone 9, feel free to come back.

You can't. They are blocking those areas off until they are done

It will not officially come to android. 
You can emulate it, though.  While possible, that method is unsupported.
