Oh that's cool, thank you!

Like always with your games, it's brutally hard but super fun and addicting! xD
Most of the times I died before even getting to the yellow enemies phase but sometimes I died right before the special got charged up lol

Super fun and addicting! The amount of foods you drew is impressive :D

Ah yeah I added in that "safeguard" so that you can't expand red Glorbs who are close to the ground because sometimes that caused them to glitch with the physics... Definitely not the best solution but couldn't come up with anything better in a short enough time

Thanks! I'm not sure what you mean by the cards changing though, their effect stays the same throughout the game!

Yeah there's definitely some unpredictability because of the weird physics issues, I tried to help with the visualisation thing with the selection indicators but it's definitely not perfect...

Thanks! And I agree it would be cool if I added more interactions and stuff but the game is already super unstable behind the scene so adding even more physics stuff would be a nightmare xD

Really fun and creative, I liked having to juggle between balancing the ship and killing those pesky seagulls!

Incredible game, loved all the anti-AAA jokes :D
I think the game would be better if you added AI generated NFTs though, I've heard they improve every game immediately! (jk if it wasn't clear)

Yeah, I tried making the tutorial minimal, especially when there's also the hints system, thanks for playing!

Thanks! And yeah if I were to remake the game I'd definitely make it tile-based and not physics-based, it would save lots of headaches :D

Haha, thanks! And yep you have no idea just how unpredictable the Glorbs physics are, I had quite a few headaches with weird physics bugs when designing puzzles lol

Thanks :D

Thanks! And yeah I wasn't sure on some of the SFX either...

Thanks a lot! And yeah I could probably fit in some more puzzles but I suck at puzzle design xD

Ended up fixing it in the browser version :)

(1 edit)

Thanks for telling me about the cheese, wasn't able to fix it but I added a disclaimer about it!
And yes who cares about non-shadeslug lifeforms :D

Oh lmao, I completely missed this somehow... Thanks for reporting! (I probably won't risk reuploading the game files now though because the website usually crashes in GMTK game jams...)

Thanks! And yeah jam games tend to be pretty short...

Ah woops didn't think of that, I probably won't change it now since it's just a jam game but thanks for letting me know!

Sweet little game! Very fun :D

Super fun game! I like the unique mechanic of having to juggle between the two weapons and the difficulty was just right! :D

That's cool, thanks! :D

(Hopefully) soon the new and muuuuuch better full version will release ;)

Took me an embarrassing amount of time to beat it but I enjoyed every moment! Great game :D
My only feedback is that a pause menu would be very nice, and being able to speed up the "intro" animations with the shaking teeth would be very helpful when you're retrying a level lots of times

Good job!

For those asking, I think the lost progress is because itch was forced to switch servers or something (I recall seeing an announcement about it), not because of anything the devs of the game did

Thanks!

Thanks, I appreciate your efforts to keep it alive! :D

Thanks :)

Also where can I download the thumbnail image? It would be helpful for me and the next people

I think browser play only works in compatibility mode
I'm working on this project today btw, so I switched to it

when uploading to itch you need to turn on "SharedArrayBuffer" support for browser Godot 4 games

nope, go to 01:00 in the video, they specifically talk about it :)

yes you can work in all 6 days but it always has to be on a project from the day before

that's not really what they asked... They asked if they can work on a day 2 project on day 4 (for example), which is not allowed (they mention it specifically in the video)

That's not allowed, they say in the video that in each day you have to work on a game from the previous day only

Yeah you said it well xD I'll have a look at Rayman Legends, never heard of it before!

Yep I agree that the execution is pretty meh in this one, thanks for the suggestions! Designing levels that help create good melodies is definitely smart though might be a huge pain to try to design xD

Really fun and creative, and as you can see in the screenshot, very addicting xD

Hm, you're the first person to mention the jumps, I'll try to tinker with the variables a bit! And yeah the level design could use a lot of work

Really nice take on the "puzzle game with two synchronized players" genre!
