Okay, so good news and bad news.

Good news is, I found out a way to get to the Heroic Ending. 

Bad news? It does not work - at least if you're dating Sarah. I can't vouch for other characters.

Do the Heroic route as usual but NEVER grab Ashley. Yes, I'm serious. You may not grab her.

When confronting Julia, push past her and beat her dungeon.

Once done, do NOT speak to Dr. Tiff. Instead, head home and meet Julia. 

Wait in the library for all scenes to complete (the last one involves a monster appearing in the library). Once done, head around town. 

I recommend going to the protagonist's house first so you can heal (also unlocks Val).  Next is up to you, but I prefer this order:

Head to the dungeon (1st floor) to get Sarah.

Head to the Item Shop to get Molly and Derrick

Head to the Town Square to get Kate - Enchantment Shop to unlock Brittany's enchantments again if you don't have them already.

Head to the Lake to get Reese 

Head to Drape's room to get Cassandra 

Next, reach floor 24 to fight a (rather tough) boss fight. Once done, head out and head to floor 25 (floor 24 sigil doesn't work). Head to the depths of that floor (hint: take the right path) for another boss fight. Again, this one is bugged so one of the options doesn't work. So you'll have to beat it. 

Head out and speak to Angie in the square. Choose any option when prompted.

Head back to the school and lose the battle. Watch a scene and... yeah, Val's in the hallway but you can't click on her. 

Monster Queen (IIRC, she's called the Frost Queen or something?) 

She's the antagonist of the Intelligent Monster's route, which is insanely stupid to access.

To access it:

-You must have Julia

-Julia must have Detect  IIRC (1200 Support proficiency - yes, you read that right. Have fun...)

-Julia must be in her Normal Personality

-Julia must be part of your active party (meaning you bring her to the dungeon).

-IIRC, you must have obtained the Berserk spell for Ashley (level her a LOT - try being level 25-30 at minimum).

Lose 2 battles against any 2 random mobs that don't give a unique ending (for example, Baby Slimes). 

Lose 2 battles against 2 Monster Girls (Flower Girls, Slime Girls etc). 

Enter the dungeon with a party consisting of the Protagonist, Julia and a third member who is not offensive (so you can't bring Val, Sarah or Derrick for example - Cass or Molly is fair game to bring). 

Wait around and see a scene in which Julia notices monsters following you. Choose either option.

I forgot how long it's after that, but I think it's 3 more scenes (I could be wrong on this), a boss fight will occur... during which you only have access to Ashley. Who you can't control. Because she's permanently in her Berserk state. Which is why I told you to level her a ton. 

There's four possible outcomes:

-You lose: game over. 

-You lose: Julia has her gun from the Julia's Arsenal route. Julia shoots the Frost Queen and saves the day. It does not matter if Julia got help from Brittany or not.

-You win: Frost Queen gets her neck broken by Ashley (automatic if you win).

-You win: Frost Queen gets enslaved by you (there's like 3 lines total where you can cast a Chakram on the Frost Queen after realizing she's pretending to be dead). This unlocks her in the Monster Ranch for your amusement.

They deleted the wiki.

And no, it was not a good choice of them. No one thinks so. And no one has made another wikia AFAIK.

Nope, he relied on the Wiki to inform people on how to access stuff after finding out that there was one.

That walkthrough is from version 0.50. 

There's no walkthrough for 0.80+ because the wiki that used to have it (run by the Furukawa person) was nuked. That walkthrough was usually updated.

Once you defeat the Monster Queen, one of two routes plays out:

One ends it with the Monster Queen's death, the other one involves you capturing her and thus being able to play with her in the Monster Ranch. As far as I know, that route is considered complete.

The girls aren't mentioned again, AFAIK. Which, to be fair, doesn't surprise me - this game has a lot of plot holes as is.

I highly doubt that there's a certain party combination being required to get to the Heroic Ending but hey, if someone knows, you're more than welcome to correct me!

Also, I heard from a friend who's a Patron that Julia is gonna be possible to marry on the Heroic route now, but I don't know if it's true or not.

Should be, yes. I don't remember how to get to it, though.

First one is bringing Kate to the dungeon in her Normal (Hero) self. It's from a chest.

Second one, I forget. Sorry.

Possibly, but I somehow doubt that it's related to dating anyone in particular. 

I know I tried to date Val (worst girl, don't @ me) but that didn't work. I haven't tried doing it when dating Sarah, though. Maybe she works?

Tried that. Doesn't work.

Tried subduing her. Doesn't work.

By breaking Molly. No, I'm not making that up.

It's a fucking pain in the ass but if you're curious:

-You need Val as a slave. She has to be a Bimbo.

-Sarah must be in her Doll form (in your room).

-Jane must be your slave and in her Slut form (normal or latex doesn't matter).

There might have been a fourth slave criteria that I don't remember about. If so, it's possibly Julia as a Slut or Ashley in her Party form. Again, not 100% sure. I haven't done it in many years.

Once you've set all this up, speak to Molly in the item shop and cast Flirt on her in order to go on a date with her. 

During the first scene, interrupt her with a compliment because... frankly, why not?

Once you're in her house, she'll realize that you have Jane enslaved. So uh... yeah. I forget if you have to say something specific at that point. You might have to? I haven't done it in years like I said.

Next, tell her that she's not allowed to fix Sarah. 

Finally, when Val shows up, Molly will leave and say she'll see you. Tomorrow. At school.

Once done, speak to her at the lake IIRC. She'll ask if you truly enslaved those people. Confirm it and when she asks why you didn't enslave her, too, say you don't want her like that (or something similar). 

I recommend you doing a LOT of saves - you know you're on the right track if Molly says that she'll see you tomorrow at school, at least. That I know for a fact. 

People claim to have pulled it off but I have no idea how they did it. I've tried on a fresh savefile not 20 min ago to pull it off but still nothing.

Most likely, it's bugged.

Which is weird because I've heard of people pulling it off.

I miss the wiki ran by Furukawa - that guy (girl? idk) would probably have helped us figure it out.

I've personally tried to both subdue and push past Julia but neither route seems to lead to anything new. Same goes for both enslaving and ignoring Victoria - there's just a scene with Jane but there's nothing in the dungeon. I heard that there's meant to be a scene there where all teachers are helping out against monsters but nada.

Sounds like a bug. After lunch ends, I just walk to the door and I'm right back inside again.
