i loved this! fun, simple way to tell a short story.

this is great! really cool concept, and fun to play.

this is great! very fun idea, and nice use of shooting things and changing size to complete the puzzles. i enjoyed this a lot!

thank you! and i'm super glad you got it working!

and i agree with you about guiding the players a bit more. and the teleport scene is a bit crazy! i'll definitely tone that down.

hi there! so i searched around and found a fix!

first, place the Timeporter app in your Applications folder.
then, open Terminal on your Mac, and type the following:
xattr -cr /Applications/Timeporter.app

hehe!!! i know, right?
i was using Unity for a while, and yeah, it's a better deal. I may switch back. GMS is pretty buggy, but when it works, it's pretty easy to use, and for me, it takes care of a lot of the mundane tasks.

This used to happen to me when I bought games from itch.io, sometimes the downloaded file would give an "damaged file" alert. But now it's happening on the game I made! Anyone else having this issue?

ok, i'm still trying to figure out why the download is stinky.. but in the meantime, it does work from the itch.io app...
https://itch.io/app
if you wanna try that?

i used Game Maker Studio 2. i have the license to make PC builds, but i need a PC to do it from.

oh crap! really? that stinks. i'll look into it. i'm sorry about that.
thanks for giving it a shot though!

i love this!! very clever, and engaging. i really like the ability to alter your path while you're building it.

hi there! the download package is a zip file. so first you just need to double-click it to unzip. then the game app should appear in the same folder as the zip file. the game app is called Timeporter. you just need to double click it to launch it.

it's a Mac only game for now, now if you have a PC it won't launch. hopefully I can make a PC version soon.

thanks man! i definitely plan to make a windows version. i first have to buy a cheap PC laptop to make a build on!
but thank you for checking out the game page!
