Those look awesome (as always). But there's this question I had for a while now:

What size are the tiles? The 8-Bit Icons have the tag "32x32". Which makes me think, it's a 32x32 pixel set.

But the "8-Bit Castle" says it's 48x48 pixels. Since RPG Maker etc. And it wasn't mentioned in the other assets.

So ... which is it? 32x32? 48x48? Both?! Each their own size?

And why not mention it in the description of the asset in question? Sure, I was able to find *some* info. But for now it's mostly guessing.

Very impressive. I counted 6 colors in the start screen: Back, White, Gray, Blue, Red, Purple.

Sadly I'm bad at those games.

A nice way to procedural generate maps. Also a good idea to make the players face away from each other at the start of the game.

I think this shows that you can make games even with just 2-3 colors.

Well done!

You cheated! I'm sure you started this game before the jam started! Maybe you started coding on this,  before aduros came even up with the idea of WASM-4. I refuse to believe, you managed to make a game as awesome as this in so little time!

In all seriousness though: Awesome game. I'm impressed by a lot of the submissions. But this is impressive not only for it's graphics, but especially for the audio. Very well done!

I hate this game! Why? Just when I thought, I could finish the first game in AGES without dying, I die. Again and again. Thanks for nothing, I guess?

Okay, seriously: The game is fun. The hero is kinda adorable and the enemies are surprisingly colorful. The levels get harder and harder and at some point you actually have to plan ahead to finish the level. That, I like. A lot.

I want a bigger game with this hero BTW.

A bit fast for me. But I said this already: I'm lazy and slow. My advice: Don't make players click only to switch to the keyboard afterwards. Pick one and stick with it. By the time you clicked and switched to your keyboard, you might have already lost 1 or 2 lives. Not ideal.

Also: If I see a "Click to play" I assume I can move with the mouse. You should avoid this,

Other than that: Nice idea to destroy sugar.  Too bad I'm really bad at breakout and it's clones.

The default colors make it hard to tell what is what. The dark green and the middle green can be hard to differentiate. Especially with a small window.

Aside from that: I'm getting old. Since the initial speed was a bit too fast for me. But hey, I'm a lazy and slow person. So don't take my word for it.

It was still fun. Been a while since I played this kind of game. :-)

The first time I encountered the 3D raycast I was soooo lost (and I lost the game).

But in the end, I managed to win. Wuhuu! That's rare for me.

Nice controls BTW. I was confused at first, but considering you're controlling a motorcycle, this makes actually sense. I like this attention to detail.

While I'm not sure if this qualifies as a game, I still like how you took the moving direction into account. That's something I rarely see. Especially in all 8 directions.

Maybe you could develop it more. Maybe a space shooter?

I bought a similar game on steam. Just because the game back then was so much fun. And this is not worse in this regard.

I love how the eye follows the ball and how I can't beat the A.I. like in ever.

Some Gophers just want to see the world burn. So: Lava it is!

I'm too stupid for this game. But cool idea with the mechanics. Kinda reminds me of F-Zero for the N64 with it's arrows. :D

A very fun game with a cool plot twist. I died so many times, I think you'd need at least a fleet to have so many people.
