I tried it and it was very enjoyable. I had no issues with getting it to run myself, so I wouldn't call it a scam

Fun little strategy game. Dont think this was intended but the dealer tried offing himself in the final showdown, it didn't work out for him. Great work

We were unable to create ingame tutorials within the timeframe, so we are posting them here instead.
Throughout the game, you have to collect energy cells, collect 3 and your max flight height will increase.
Pressing E next to the hover turtle (the hovercraft) allows you to open your inventory to upgrade the turtle, if you jump next to it, you can hop into it.
You can fly anywhere from the ground to a max height determined by your cells.
You can always jump out of your vehicle however and walk, regardless of height.
Cells are scattered across the island in shrines which you have to find, and with npc's who will give you them in exchange for completing a quest.

I loved the simple story and the voice acting, the computer parts freaking out as everything broke was motherboarding hilarious.
I did encounter a few glitches and frustrations, such as the block not placing, the critic getting stuck when he shouldn't have, and the loading screen covering parts of the level, but still enjoyable.
Also, you can say any glitches that are there are totally intended.

We were worried if we scaled up the cat that it could cause issues with the ai, but it would have deffinently been something we would have looked further into if given the time. Tutorial is also needed very bad, but we just didn't have time once the mechanics were finished.

I'll see if I can update that. Scroll wheel to select a trap, Press the scroll wheel to preview where it will be placed, Press again to place.

Looks like Unreal physics decieded to not exist XD

hey, sorry jacob is a bit held up at the moment but that would be awsome if you could join us, my discord was earlier in the thread, message me and ill invite you to our discord

Ive been developing longer than that, but ive only started posting in the past 2 years. And its mostly gamejams.

Im best in 3D, but im no stranger to 2D, other than that, I can do anything basically

unity if i get a team, core if solo

Tippin towers. By far the best in my oppinion

Im a programmer who mainly works on the gameplay side, Im GEEKMatthewO#2938 on discord if you want to team. Im not with anyone else thought so

same

Not really, as stated earlier, the whole point of the jam is to make a game in the time let, not show off something which took who knows how long to make. Submiting an already made game would go against the whole purpose.

Thanks, I would have loved to polish it more, but it was one of my first times using the unreal engine, and i kept crashing it while trying to optimize the snow.

I noticed, I actually spined more to control my fall than to melt, but some of the platforms melt if you try that.

Great game, it was hard to tell if you got everything in an area, and it wasnt that dificult to get out of bounds, and hard to tell if it you were. I hopped over a fence and got behind the army of riot cops, and it took me a bit to relize i wanst where i was supposed to be because there was stuff i could color, and hidden cops.

Nice little game, only criticism i can make is the walk speed felt a little slow. Great game!

Great game. The dash mechanic was a bit frustrating, I found myself misjudging the distance of the dash often, and falling short or overshooting. I would then have to either go all the way back, or just scale the walls to get back, which i dont think is what you wanted.

very difficult to figure out how to develop a semin efective ship, a tutorial would have been great.

My team just lost our art lead, and we are relying on me for art, which will not end well but its what we got. Do you think you can help us with this. If so, here is the link to the discord. https://discord.gg/KH8uk9

Hey, my team has music but not sound, think you can fill that?

Which are you better at, art or programing

I am an american programer fluent in Unity. I have gone solo before but was hoping to team up with an artist and a sound designer this time. My discord Username and number is GEEKMatthewO#2938 if anybody wants to team up.

The only prize is somebody looking at your game.

Good, but not really on theme

I do enjoy the concept. However it gets very frustrating when your controls switch up and you get killed before you can grasp the new controlls

Nice Concept.

very charming and a nice concept. Not sure about how it fits the theme. This seemes to me to be more of a puzzle platformer.

Very interesting

couldnt get past the third level and no clue how it fits the theme

The Idea was that you could not attack. So you would have to make the enemies kill themselves.
