I emailed the support team about removing the username history from this account a week ago and so far haven't heard back. Is this normal? I don't want to spam them but I also think this should be a pretty simple request. How much longer should I wait before trying again?

I recently made this account but I'd like to use the username on a different account, and even though I changed my name here, it still says the account name is taken. Is there any way to properly clear the username history so that I can use the username again somewhere else? Thanks!
