You can use it as a tool box, using just the classes in regular settings, or use the key system as an alternative to space travel, mixing the adventure tables and foes.

You could just be delivery services, mercenaries, adventurers, explorers...jumping from issue to issue.

Class wise, the options here are comparable to the original Troika game, and since Troika can be very bonkers, suit yourself regarding power level.

Correct, subtract 1 at every value rolled in the die. Basically it means that, while transformed, you're very good at Chainsaws actions.

Yeah, I'm aware of text errors. :(
I do little revisions between adding creatures but there's lots of ground to cover and I rather spend time writing new creatures.
You gave me an idea: maybe add a conversion guide for what's out of the codex?

It should support both. 

Until the latest version, the monster stats guidances seems the same.

2E is adding more resources and options than really changing the ruleset itself.

Correct! I don't say use since 'break' kinda became that in the game vocabulary.
Charms break once a day if you want to just avoid the risk of the charm. It regenerates at the next day.

3d6 because there 2d6 for the lines and 1d6 for the column
So getting 3-1-4 means you look at the line 3-1 and the column 4,5,6, which would be the result 'school'

If we reach that and you paid 7$, yeah, you'll have access to 100 :)

Edit: I noticed afterwards that there were 100 at the 7$ Tier instead of 10 ^^'
