Sound guy here. I recorded and mixed pretty much every piece of audio you hear. They may sound similar, but they weren't copied.
The idea was to make something similar to EtG and Furi, both of which are considered bullet hells. We had a plan for the Theme, but didn't have time to implement it. There is definitely audio to the game, not sure why it didn't work for you.
