Hello! Romances in the game will include M/F, F/F, M/M and even relationships with the Briallen, who are neither male nor females.

At this stage of development all romance options are still being written, but update after update you'll get the chance to deal with them all!

There are two versions available for Android devices, both 32 bit and 64 bit ones. Try both, because it really depends on your Note 8's Android update.

Hi. Steam does not censor the game since they updated their policies. However a minor change to release the game on Steam was to remove underage exams in their underwear. I'm sure this is really a minor change but then again feel free to buy the game from whichever shop you like the most.  Thanks for enjoying the game!

2019 will see the start of Beta phase and the final release of the game. However if you buy an Early Access release like this one, or the Steam one, each update of the game will be free for you forever, including Betas and Alphas :)
Only Patreon pledgers have an earlier access as well, with a free Steam key if they reach 30$ in pledges overall, plus more rewards, but that's a different thing.

An overhaul of the Main Character (The Doctor) is in progress. I switched to the new Genesis 8 model to replace the older one which was made in Genesis 2.
Some images involving The Doctor may be outdated and they still need the update to be installed, so you might experience some differences between images. That's not a bug and will be fixed when the new ones will be ready.
Sorry for any discomfort this might cause.

* Bug fixing
  - Fixed an issue in "Stay Fit" chapter that made the game not recognize if Erika is living with the player
  - Updated Kiko's current 'end of available content' in-game tag
  - Fixed "Shady Business" chapter from starting over more than once when you choose purity/girlfriend path
  - Fixed Clara's exam "Medical Record" link which was crashing the game
  - Fixed a rare crashing issue in "Family Time" Chapter
  - Fixed an issue that caused Erika to confirm the festival twice and corrupted the game's calendar
  - Albanesi and Montoya (Chiefs of Staff) now grant the correct amount of fame when they pass the skill test
  - Midwives now grant/remove the correct amount of fame when they pass or fail the skill test
  - Fixed Stephanie's appearance in the Codex
  - Fixed an issue where, if a certain chain of choices were made, the "Choices and Consequences" chapter was not playing at all.
  - Fixed Bridget's appearance in the textbox to match the patient you actually visit (former picture was from an earlier concept art)
  - Fixed an issue that prevented Erika to be paid when due (that was rather unfair!)
  - Fixed Serena's exam from a major issue that made the in-game calendar erratic
  - Removed the annoying "Check her medical record" statement from Serena's exam that was shown each time you asked her a question

* Added "Chapters introduction" throughout the game
* In-game Gallery is now available. Gallery implementation is not complete and will continue on future updates.

RANDOM EXAMS:
* Fixed a condition where only a few lines were used to reply to question #1 instead of every available ones
* Corrected the use of the "His" pronoun instead of "Him" in male's random exams that was due to a wrong find/replace
* Fixed patients' behavior to be consistent with their diseases in random examinations
* Height exam has been removed
* Revised how random examinations ask about the diagnosis. Now the correct one won't be on the same "spot" in the choice screen and will change every time the exam is played. That way the player won't be able to simply "guess the right position" of the correct answer but will have to actually perform the exam.
* Random exams coding has been significantly simplified. This is merely a code change and won't affect gameplay.
* "Exam purpose" dialogue has been introduced. This dialogue will play before the examination and explains why the patient came to the clinic in the first place.
  - More than 40 different "motivations" for requesting a medical exam have been included. Even those are important to correctly assess the patient's ailment.
* Improved the quality of the image for "Dating" in the daily chooser

GAMEPLAY:
* Energy stat is now implemented in game. Doing activities will cost you energy as it follows:
  - Work at the clinic/hospital: 35 energy
  - Go to the beach: 15 energy
  - Go to Ray's: 10 energy
  - Go to the Gym/Pool: 10 energy first time, 40 energy when you train
  - Miranda's L'Antica Gelateria: 5 energy
  - Cinema: 15 energy
  - Study: 15 energy
* You can refill your energy via these activities:
  - Bowling (5 energy)
  - SPA (20 energy)
  - Massage Parlor (+5/+20 energy)
  - Relax at home (+10 energy)
  - Choosing Vanilla and Chocolate icecream at Miranda's (+5 energy)
  - By technicians/administrative personnel work (+5/+10 energy)
  - Sleeping (+75 energy)
* Bowling energy gain has been reduced to 5 (from 10)
* SPA energy gain has been reduced to 20 (from 25)
* Study energy loss has been increased to 15 (from 10)
* Sleep energy gain has been increased to 75 (from 70)
* Energy indication has been added to the User Interface
* Christina is now a romanceable character in the game
  - Dating system has been updated to include Christina
  - New sex scenes with Christina added in the game

* Sex scenes with Erika will now play after a date if your relationship level is high enough

EXAMINATIONS:
* Random Exams: TEENAGERS are available. Teenagers have about 10 more ailments than children as they share many with them. If a teenager patient is available the game will have you choose to play her exam or to have your staff manage it. Teenagers come with their own set of questions, situations and pictures. As they are underage please remember that no nudity is involved in any of their exam.
* NEW EXAM AVAILABLE (#43): Summer. To start this exam you need to go to the clinic after October 8th
* NEW EXAM AVAILABLE (#44): Alexandra. To start this exam you need to go to the hospital after October 12th

STORY:
* "Our Clinic, My Family" chapter is available. To play it you have to choose "Ask [relative] for help" when you need to examine the Medical Board's computer. This happens after Erika's dialogue introduced in 0.0.16 "Our Clinic, My Legacy"
    
OTHER:
* The game will end on November 15th. Full version of the game will cover an additional 9 months.

Known issues:
* "After-exam" sexy scenes for story mode are in development
* Mr Xuan's patience level is not shown in the upper corner. I'm working on it.
* Nolan has no character box
* Stats review shows 1 girlfriend even if you have more
* New Clothes for Erika is still an in-development feature. I'm still thinking about it in the actual gameplay.
* Nolan is missing from Codex (poor Nolan)
* Random Teen Male Patient #1 is undergoing maintenance, he should be back ASAP :(

Patrons get the content sooner than public release, usually 4/6 weeks before.

You can only go to the hospital on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Have you already hired a new staff member? Is it Tuesday or Thursday?

There are many ways to increase your clinic's fame in fact:

- Each time you perform an examination you earn 5 points for a perfect exam, 3 for an above average exam, 1 for a normal exam. You will also get -3 points for a bad exam and -5 for a very bad one.

- At the gym when you meet Daniel (random chance) he will challenge you with questions about fashion. Based on the difficulty of the question you can get 1 to 5 points answering correctly

Clinic's fame influences how much you get from "automatic exams" (when you don't have a scripted exam or you refuse to play a random exam (coming to Patrons this month with male/female children).
You can also trade fame to increase your patient's trust level in medical exams. If you think a patient's trust level is too low you can use your clinic's fame to increase it. Each trust level costs 15 fame points, so you can only do that if your fame is enough.

I don't know if Ren'py allows that, but I will look into it. Thanks :)

The "fine" problem that punishes you even if you hadn't had a chance to go to the hospital has been fixed in 009. Thanks for reporting it :)

You can begin working at the hospital after you hired a new staff member. The event to hire new staff members will automatically start in June 17, just after the start of the day.
