Then you need to create a model for the simulator on the AT-9. 1) Model Type:Aircraft 2) End Points all 100/100 3) Sub-Trim all 0 4) ELEV and THRO Reverse 5) Trim all 0 6) AUX-CH: change CH7 to VrA. Leave the rest of the settings alone. Tx should now calibrate normally. I found that it didn't matter whether the tx was on or off when plugging in the USB to the Mac. Hope this helps.

I had an issue with El Capitan where the RX setup went away after setting it up. I deleted the app and reloaded it and that fixed the issue. Have you tried reinstalling?
