Thank you 😊 I didn't have the time for creating more and I mainly concentrated on the programming. But I want to add more things in the future, after the jam.

That switch case is awesome 😆

Ok, thanks for the reply, I got it to work correctly. It used the throttle of my joystick for camera control.

Very cool idea. It's really fun to fly around.

That's fun and relaxing. I really like it. What annoyed me a bit was that the camera constantly rotated around the character. Is that intended or is it a bug on Linux?

Great idea and a fun game. It's just sometimes a bit frustrating, that the treasure jumps away, as soon as I hit the "Hoist the Sails!" button. It's generally a goot idea to  not let that treasure stay at the same location all the time, but an interval, that is independent from the button click, would be better.

Oh Ok, thank you, in that case I was not as wrong as I thought. I'll try again ☺️

Great game. It's really fun and the visuals are great. There could be a bit more of an explanation, how the sailing mechanic works, but that's the only thing. I like it 🙂

Hey, this looks like a nice game, but, I'm sorry, I don't understand how to play it. The arrows themselves do nothing and when I click on "Hoist the sails!", the treasure and the boat are suddenly at a completely different location (seemingly unrelated to the selected direction arrow). Could you please explain it a bit more?

Seems like your version of LibreWolf does not support WebGL2. Or it's deactivated somewhere in the settings.

Yay, you understood the reference ☺️ I always get excited, when other people know the nerdy stuff I know 😁

Oh sorry, it was godot 4.3

Hey André, you can find the source at https://github.com/Doubi88/FediExpress. Have fun 😉 I'm looking forward to what you come up with 🙂

Sounds great. In that case I'll put it on open source. I wanted to do that, but I have to tidy the files up a bit and put a license on it first

😳☺️

That's a really cook idea 😊I had the idea to implement the real fediverse somehow, but because of the time limit I didn't think much about it, so Ididn't have that  idea. I only thought about including real accounts.

Hm, difficult to say what's wrong. Perhaps you should try to keep the helicopter more upright. Or did you accidentally press E during flight?

Thank you 😊 Seems like you were lucky 😊. It always takes a random house from all in the whole game.

Now there is 😉

Edit: Sorry, I mean: Thank you for the comment. I updated the game just before the submissions closed. It now has criteria for winning or losing and is much more polished than before.

Can I add https://doubi88.itch.io/submarines to the jam? The original game was on windows 98 I think, but it looks like other DOS games.

Awwww!

Hey really cool game. How did you do that in one week? It's incredible how complete and polished it looks.

Sorry if I was a bit rude. Your game is well done. Good sounds, it works (didn't find any bugs) and it is fun for some time.

My problem is, that the idea does nothing new compared to other games where you go left and right to catch things and dodge other things, and that I don't see how it fits into the theme "not enough information".

ok good 😅

ok you're right. ☺️

Hey I'm sorry if you consider this trolling. It was just my idea of having not enough information. A platformer where you can't see the platforms...

Yeah I know that problem with the enemies, but I didn't have enough time so I left them as they were.

sorry

"Not enough information" was the theme of this Jam

thanks ☺️ hehe I didn't think of that trick with the arrow 😆

Uhm bugs? 🤪

The invisible platforms are intended (not enough information). The only bug I'm aware of is that you can cancel the shooting animation somehow and the arrow appears nonetheless. But I could be wrong.

About that arrow: You only have one shooting strength. I also placed the arrow spawn a bit lower so you could hit the monsters. They are too small.

Hm... Works and is fun. But not very new or innovative and I don't see where not enough information is.

Cool ☺️ Don't know what to say. It's cool ☺️

Haha that's funny 😄 At first I thought I'm doing something wrong, because my runner was moving so slow. But I figured it out in the end. Funny that you have to cheat ☺️

The idea is great and works good. It's just so difficult to find the poisoner. Perhaps it would be easier, if there was a really really small indication. Like the guy moving his arm for one or two frames when poisoning someone.

Great job. It's a great idea that you realised in a great way ☺️ And it's so peaceful and relaxing. I really like that kind of games.

Ok in that case you have enough information 😆

Great ideas, great work, multiple endings, story with a twist... I don't know, what to write here, I have nothing to complain about. It's just great :D

Cool game. I like the idea, that you have to return home, because that's unusual for platformers. And I really like the environment changes when the seasons change, e.g. the frozen waterfall in winter.

Thanks 😊 I am still learning to work with Godot, so one month was not enough for adding a goal and some puzzles. It's just a prototype, yet.

Very good game. Cool idea to use the time as life. The only thing: I always die from the first three enemies. They are too strong for being the first ones you encounter in this game. (Or am I too unskilled :D)
