To work around the permissions issue, I simplified what appears in the IFRAME. The links there should take you to the webapp now.

You’re right; tightened web security means it won’t run in an IFRAME any more.

I’m not yet sure what approach will get it operational again.

On what devices and OS?

I like the idea, but I’ll crank the handle, the trike doesn’t move, then all of a sudden I’m going too fast to control.

Also, the steering is really hard to control.

I’m on a Quest 1, FWIW.
