Always love your stuff, the character design here is especially good! While i thankfully don't have OCD, i can somewhat relate it to some of my own experience during covid (had to put lotion to stop my hands from bleeding due to excessive washing), especially the bit where the knock on the door is added, it's quite interesting how your brain can just suddenly decide something is bad or dirty even when you rationally know it isn't.

Finally some body horror that actually focuses on how bodies impact the way we are perceived and can interact with the world, rather than just "John Bodyparts the big scary monster who forgot to grow skin"! The concept of such a basic part of agency being able to be taken away by a force for petty misbehavior is uniquely terrifying, and works extremely well in the scenes that use it!

That was very neat, i'm glad i tried it! The graphics and writing are both very nice (got ending A), and i can really relate to magnolia's frustration on research. Obviously gutting people is bad, but the regulations on anything reguarding bio are just absurd to the point of being counterproductive; in France we are legally obligated to euthanise rats after they participated in a certain number of studies, even if they were part of the control group with nothing done to them, and it's standard practice in unis to limit how many times peoples can participate as subjects in remunerated research per month "as it would be unethical for them to become reliant on it to live", because i guess it's just that much more ethical to let them starve to death.

I played the game a few months ago and i really liked it, it transcribed that lonely and creepy yet cozy and calm feeling of abandoned spaces where there should be peoples very well, it's an excellent ambiance and the game is a nice little story.  I thought about it today since i started doing a fan translation of another similar game and have been kinda itching for something to do, would you like a french translation of it or your new project whenever it comes out? Should be nice to see more of the universe if it's in the same setting!

Turns out you need to have worked on project kat or to have translated 2 other games before to make an official translation, sent an apology email, i'll try to find out how to edit the files and make an unnoficial one if i can figure out how to change the text

I'm fluent in both (native french speaker) and probably could make one but if it would require altering the code beyond just replacing the text i couldn't do it. Honestly fuck it we ball, i'll send an email, if i can just get one more guy to discover it, it's worth the effort

Depending on when you downloaded it, you might wanna download it again, a bunch of stuff got added in the meanwhile (including new dead ends and the miss knives sequence getting a lot better!)

This was extremely good! While the start is a little slow, especially with that really terrible stealth section in the locked area, the whole climax with Misses Knives really makes up for it! It was for me the most visually pleasant area of the game, and the character of Misses Knives is a fairly original concept and her backstory is very well executed! Overall the graphics have a lot of charm, with good puzzles, very nice character design, and interesting lore set up!
