Are you referring to the store robberies? As of now, there is a chance they will contact police when robbed, and the stores close at night. That covers everything we had in mind for that specific activity, but we are eager to hear any ideas that you might have. :)
The Hitman targets spawn in the park across the street. There is a big target under them.
