Its easy enough to get out of, you just need to reset player stats. Just hope you dont have other items in your inventory when you do so because theyll be deleted. I had to reset game objects because (Spoilers) the bunker key card was in my inventory.

This is less of a bug and instead a Soft lock I discovered by accident.

When collecting the Radioactive Capsule in story mode, the radiation damage was faster than normal after having died to it and reloaded just before hand. I panicked, not wanting to go through the hassle of lost progress and redoing it yet again, and saved right when my screen turned red and I collapsed. That save is now effectively soft-locked, as I just die and get sent back to the title screen every time I load it.

I was a friend of his. He passed due to a hereditary heart disease. He went quick and painlessly. He was a great person, so I have no doubt hes in a better place now
