wait for real? how deep does this conspiracy go?!
I swear i had never played lil or lustful sin before Rin from my game was made
I have played a version of it with actual cards and I was having a ton of fun inventing the rules and stuff, but to actually put it in the game would take more programming knowledge than I have, but in the future I do actually want it to be a playable minigame because it's very fun... I just hope I remember the rules... I don't know if I explained them in enough detail in that emma event and it's been almost a year since.
Also you are the first person to mention Emma's Ultra Hand and I am so happy someone finally wants to play it lmao.
There's already a few date events in the game, though they arent explicitly marked, they're just part of the natural progression.
There isn't plans for a dedicated route system, as I do not enjoy that type of gameplay, I hate having missable content and locked off scenes so it probably won't be something I will add.
I wasn't really going for shock value at all and I think it's an important step in her character arc. If anything it's tame compared to the two story quests after it.
If I wanted to have shock value I would hit Kit with a car lmao. Without what happens in Experiments, the character in question wouldn't have the chance to grow and learn to accept and forgive what happened to her and then you wouldn't get to see why she's a good person through how she takes it.
Basically, it was important.
Sorry yeah that's the date the update RELEASED haha, 0.20 public build is coming soon, less than a week I'd say, I made a post about it on patreon but basically the patreon will always be one update ahead from now on, I'm trying to put out a quicker, shorter update because i feel bad for the public players lmao, it's just taking a bit.
Generally I don't like the idea of having multiple 'routes' in a game like this because I don't like the idea of missing out on content. I decided early on that I wanted to craft a game where the player could see all the content in one go, not artificially inflating the playtime to pursue multiple endings.
So to answer your question, it's likely not going to happen, all the characters will get their time to shine equally in the same playthrough.
The only exception is the 'secret route' that's been evolving over the past couple of updates, but I shant talk about that much more...
