This is amazing, I love it! Would like to see the girls enjoying themselves more though.

For me, it's a bit too frequent, but I also think a part of it is the act of clicking a "pee" button itself is a bit much at times. It doesn't kill the experience entirely for me, but it still feels like I should be able to avoid it. I think one way to fix this could be just having, maybe a shady vendor in the woods sell it (along with other materials you wouldn't find at a typical market stall), while making the basic need part a toggle could fix it entirely as well.
I play as Female and usually have the male generation chance set to 0%, so when I did the mage's guild quest to get their support near the end of the current demo and got to the part where you have to convince the (leader's sister iirc?), I had to either set the generation chance higher and wait several days or edit my save to make one of my slaves male. I did the latter out of impatience, but it seems like a bit of an oversight to have a quest that requires you to have specific game settings in order to progress.
I don't think She needs to be bisexual, but since there's a setting to effectively remove one gender from the game, I feel like there should be an alternative when it comes to gender or have a guaranteed way to get a slave of a required gender regardless of the settings. e.g: Like how the first game had a guy you could talk to to find slaves with specific traits and they'd tend to be more expensive, but you had a bit more power over what you got.
Edit: For quests that require slaves with specific attributes in general, I feel like there should be an easier way to get them, especially if there's a time limit since newer players might not know what they'll need ahead of time and could end up stuck or having to go back to a much older save in order to prepare and backtracking like that in a management sim is not fun
Edit 2 while I'm here: Since you can use healing items from the mansion inventory screen, I'd display each character's health and mana on that screen as well
When first starting a new game, it worked fine, but I wanted to change something on my player character, so I backed out to the main menu. Now, every time I start a "default" game, it skips the starting slave menu, even after restarting the game.
Edit: I must be missing something because even deleting the appdata folders and reinstalling it all didn't fix it.
