There is no reason why the dev popped off with Day 3 the way that they did. There is no reason as to why Day 3 ruined me the way that it did…

…I’m gonna start a cult in this developer’s name.

I played the fully released game about a week and a half ago, and I finally came back with words to say!!

DAMN IT IF THIS DIDN’T TURN INTO A WONDERFULLY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE!

Like, I still like VNs that are more choice heavy, but damn it, that did not matter in this game! I LOVED how this full version came out! The redesign, the art style, the funny quips, the mystery, the discovery, the Crowe, just – chef’s kiss. All of it. I’m not going to say this is the absolute best VN I’ve every played, but damn it, if this game is not one of my favorites!

Can we also just talk about the fact that the endings that we get are based on OUR feelings and not HIS feelings?! How refreshing is THAT?! I just – this was such a great experience, and I honestly hope more people stumble upon the gem that is this game. This came out really, REALLY good, and I’m glad I got to experience the full release as well as the absolute joy and surprise that was seeing the redesign and the finalities of the game! Developer, you did damn great, and you should be proud. This came out SO well! Also, the song during the credits was everythiiiiiiing!

It's not always a flop when VNs are short and sweet. This one was pretty good for it being so quick and to the point! Mortis is a charming dude -- a lil crazy, but charming! Lol solid job, dev!

THIS WAS SO GOOD~!! <3

The writing, the pace, the yandere himself, the everything! I like a story that's more choice heavy, but this?! There were a few choices to make, but I was so invested in the story itself it didn't even matter! This was so frickin' GOODT. I loved this!! Amazing job, dev! Standing ovation!

The character flip was 100/10 not only my favorite part. but the BEST part. Seeing him go from loving "boyfriend" to yandere to full on unstable psycho?! "You're looking at me like..." and here I am full on expecting him to say like he's crazy, psycho, a killer, or something along those lines, but instead his face contorts more and more and then he hits me with "Like you're SOBER"?! AHHH THE CHEF'S KISS THAT WAS THAT PART. I kinda figured we were being drugged but him just outright ADMITTING it?! Yoooooo!! I loved that! I love, love, love, love, LOVE this visual novel! The dev did such an amazing job!

Would also like to mention the chef's kiss that is the title of the visual novel. I have no idea if it was intentional, but it hits so much different when you figure out what his  occupation is. Way to foreshadow!

This was somehow unexpectedly funny. The concept itself was funny own its own, but the dialogue? The ending titles? Lol what a pleasant rib-tickler. I didn't expect it to be funny, just a really awkward "How did we get here, and how do I stop be involved" type scenario. Somehow, the dev made it the best of both worlds. Well done!

"Snitches Get Stockholm Syndrome" and "Get Bonked Idiot"

Wooooooooooooow xD The way that I fell out

Somehow went from terrifying, to semi-frustrating, to a completely satisfying, cozy game on nightmare mode. Lol how did the dev manage? It'd be great if this got expanded on though! When you beat it once, it's pretty easy to beat many times afterwards because you know the strategy.

It's the yandere valuing consent for me. 10/10 a sweet boi that's just a lil confused about romance. I refuse to believe he's toxic.

I think the choices are impactful for sure!

You're referring more towards the path that you can take versus the choices themselves. Because it's a demo, the path is definitely more guided -- or rather set -- on the completed parts, and the Dev definitely stops you from deviating off that path for the time being. I ran into the same roadblocks of "this isn't available in the demo"; however, the pathway that you CAN play definitely has some relatively intense choice value! I don't want to spoil it, but there are two different times where a lack of response (literally selecting nothing) will put you on a different subpath.

So yeah, to me at least, it's pretty choice heavy, and I assume that it'll only get more intense as the game reaches completion. Since then, I did play a significantly MORE choice heavy game, but I'd still list this one as a choice-heavy game, just not as high up on the list as it originally was

Definitely give it another try in the upcoming days though! I thought it was rather good, especially one subpath in particular ;)

This has been the most adorably wholesome experience thus far!!.....until it's not that is lol. Even when one of the endings showed a...certain side of the LI, I still can't help but think he's so incredibly sweet.

This is definitely on my list for games I'm most excited for the further development of. The art style is so cozy and pleasing to look at, the story progression is perfectly paced, and I'm just extremely excited to see how this VN ends up.

I just really want the bae Damon to be a good stalker potential love interest and recruit the help of the work husband DG to jump Rasmus on my behalf. The dev did a damn good job making him aggravating as shit lol.

All jokes aside though, this story is so good so far! I cannot WAIT for further development! I'm really excited about this VN. Definitely one of my favorites thus far!

Pretty solid game!

The story line seems great thus far, I just wish there was some weight to the choices that you make as (so far) there's not really a consequence for anything, and I'd love to have all of the lines be voice acted! The person that the dev chose for Crowe is fantastic and super fitting!

The game definitely has potential though! I really like how Crowe is legit a scientist?! I honestly thought it was all just for show/a ruse but...the man has wrote books and is legit staying where he is for actual research purposes. That was the biggest plot twist because I just did not trust that he was legit doing studies and research and such lol. I'm really excited to see what else the dev has in mind for the game! Great job and great game thus far!

The description describing this as a creepypasta fanfic-esque game was somehow so accurate? It was a touch funny at times, relateable at others, and admittedly nerve wracking at some points. It was...an experience, and I'd gladly go through it again.

Even though, can we talk about the achievements page? That really helped when trying to collect all the endings. Good job, dev!

VAGUE SPOILER BUT AN OBVIOUS STATEMENT

"Oh. Haha. That's right. I almost forgot. This man is fucking crazy."

Granted, I just recently started getting into VN, specifically the yandere subgenre, and let me tell you, that has been by far the most relatable line I have read thus far. A brief moment of sweetness and even some "Aw, that was actually...kinda cute" moments/endings, and I legitimately forgot that this man was psycho. Lol thanks for the reminder. All jokes aside, the game is pretty great. I love all the different avenues and the weight of the choices. Can't wait for the concrete(?) endings of day 4! Awesome job, dev!

As someone who has recently gotten into VN and has grown a preference for the yandere subgenre, this game has been my absolute favorite thus far, and it might prove difficult for another VN to claim that spot.

The way that the dev made damn near all of your answers -- or even lack of, which is super interesting! -- so impactful is admirable. It's honestly my favorite aspect of the game. You could've selected a majority of "skull" answers, but then throw in a couple of "heart" answers for some flair or even no answer at all? What turned into this delightfully chaotic ending might turn into this pleasantly bittersweet ending or a completely sugar-coated romantic one. You can only imagine how it could be vice versa with a majority of "heart" answers that suddenly turned into primarily "skull" answers.

It honestly makes the experience so enjoyably confusing because it forces you to have this mixed feeling towards the character. First, it's just another LI character, so you're kinda indifferent, but then you act all cutesy just to get a reaction from them. Then, something shifts and you become intentionally antagonistic to see what might happen. You then start to see things escalate so you draw back a bit, and they start being really sweet to you so you start to like them. But then something's off again and you feel suspicious of the character so that gremlin tells you to be antagonistic again, then the character reacts and you start to feel this weird cross of hate and fear towards them. And it just goes back and forth like that, especially when toying with different dialogue choices.

I love it. I love the character, the dialogue, the purposeful intent of the dev, and the overall direction that this game is going in. I can honestly say that I cannot wait for the full release.

Awesome job, dev, and kudos to the VAs that helped make it come alive! It's one thing to imagine the voice in your head, but to actually hear it does have a different impact.

Not sure if anyone has mentioned it, but I wanted to (very gently) let you know that the title screen has a spelling error :)

It says "Chritmas" and not "ChriStmas"
